I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Crescent State regarding my recent purchase experience with their company. The issues I encountered are as follows:Misleading Claims: Crescent State advertised their Fire Sticks as offering unlimited movies and TV shows streaming capabilities. However, upon using the devices, I discovered that the service provided did not live up to these claims. Despite having fast FIBER internet speeds, the streaming experience was plagued by consistent buffering and lagging issues, rendering it virtually impossible to enjoy the content.Poor Service Quality: The streaming service provided by Crescent State fell far below satisfactory standards. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot and optimize my internet connection, the buffering and lagging issues persisted. This indicates a fundamental flaw in the service infrastructure or content delivery mechanism provided by Crescent State.Failure to Refund: In response to my dissatisfaction with the purchased Fire Sticks, I exercised Crescent State's advertised risk-free 30-day trial period and requested to return the devices. Crescent State acknowledged my return request, and I returned the items on December 22, 2023. However, despite assurances of a refund, I have yet to receive any reimbursement for the returned items.These issues have not only resulted in a poor consumer experience but also indicate deceptive advertising practices and a failure to uphold refund policies by Crescent State. I urge a thorough investigation into these matters to ensure accountability and fairness for consumers.
