    This hotel has mold, mildew, wet and soiled carpet, **** warm water, roaches, broken door locks, faulty electrical sockets, broken smoke detectors and a horrible smell. I have submitted pictures and I have a video as proof. The Ramada in Luling is operating in a detrimental condition. I had 10 rooms blocked going off the pictures on their website and this ended up being a nightmare for me and all of my guests. Until this hotel take a pause and have a complete renovation I would not advise ANYONE to lodge at Ramada in Luling, *********.

    I have a letter from BBB with case number ********. This case needs to be settles an we will not be refunding the guest that is complaining about her stay, she has given old photos of the hotel, pictures of the room from over a year ago. We also have proof of the rooms conditions and how they look now. she is given false information and photos that are not up to date.
