Refund and Exchange Policy
On new, unused merchandise, if you are not satisfied, simply return the item in its original, unopened packaging to the location where the purchase was made within 30 days for full refund.   If the item has been opened or its packaging has been damaged, the refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee.   Gift cards/certificates must be used and are not returnable.
 
With receipt, refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase. Credit card refunds must be applied to the original credit card. Check refunds will be issued no sooner than 10 days from the original date of purchase.  Without receipt, a store credit to be used that day is issued if the product is still offered. 
 
If defective, we will exchange within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise required by the manufacturer.  After 30 days, it will be handled according to the manufacturer’s policy. 
 
Alarms/Safety Devices/Special Orders: Unless defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on alarms, safety devices, or special orders. All sales are final. If defective, we will follow manufacturer’s requirements.
 
Automatic Pool Cleaners:  May be returned in original, unopened packaging within 30 days for full refund if no claims for rebate have been submitted.   Defects are handled according to manufacturer’s policy. If not satisfied with performance, it’s returnable within 30 days for in-store credit if purchased from a retail store, to be used that day, or credit toward service if purchased through a pool service only franchisee, less a 20% restocking fee, if it is clean, in good working order, and no rebate claims have been submitted.  No restocking fee shall apply if the credit is used towards the purchase of another model/brand automatic cleaner.
 
Installed Product/Equipment: Once installed, equipment is not returnable.  The manufacturer’s policy shall apply for defects. (Pumps, Motors, Timer-Motors, Heaters, Filters, Salt Generators, Pools, Spas, Covers/Nets/Blankets, etc...)
