      Couldn't choose no stars so the lowest is 1. I have been receiving pre-approval loan solicitations from this company in the mail for years. I have an account with them already but have never taken a loan. The one and only time I was seriously considering it I could not update any of my personal information or bank information through my account. They direct you to call their support number. I have tried for 5 days straight and no one ever picks up the phone. One time was actually well over an hour waiting - I just multi tasked around my house while it rang and rang and rang to see if anyone would ever pick up. They say they are wholly owned and operated by a tribal nation and tribal lenders have claimed sovereign immunity from state or federal lending law - and that is why they charge unbelievable APR. They should be charged with usury. At best they are no different than loan sharks from back in the day. I am glad they did not pick up - dodged a bullet this time thank goodness.

      They charge too much interest for a small loan. Unbelievable. Need them to fix my payments and interest rate and the 12-month document. I need some help, to lower payment so it can be affordable. * ** ** ***

When an application for a line of credit is made on the internet and not through personal interaction, we have to rely that customers have thoroughly researched our product, have read and understood all of the costs and terms associated with the line of credit we offer, and made the decision that Mobiloans is the best option to meet their needs. We have provided in great detail the processes and fees associated with the Mobiloans line of credit on our website www.mobiloans.com. This information was available for review prior to submitting an application and accepting the first cash draw. Under the “Terms & Conditions” tab, consumers are advised that the account is a Line of Credit and while we do not charge interest, there is a Fixed Finance Charge incurred each billing cycle there is an unpaid balance. There is also a Cash Advance Fee for each cash draw. Mobiloans’ product is an open-end line of credit that allows a customer to access credit, pay down, and borrow again. Customers that continually make draws of available credit will not see a decrease in their outstanding balance or payments. We hope that this response has been helpful.       I did a loan with them and I promise you it was the biggest mistake ever. I called first time around and it went ok. I called 2nd time around and they were asking for my full ssn, phone number, address, and my full bank and routing number. This did not happen on the first phone call. I told them I don’t feel comfortable giving them my full bank/routing number and they said oh it’s a new policy that we have to do to verify it’s you. I told them oh ok so how do I know you’re not a fraud or scammer that’s trying to verify me but possibly try to steal my money out of the bank? They couldn’t give me an answer. Nobody ever has even asked for bank or routing number over the phone so I stopped making payment to them because of the way how they made me feel and did not keep my information safe at all so I hope no one else tries to borrow money from them. They lied to me about the apr and how much they’ll take out a month and their customer support company sucks really bad.

Keeping our customer’s financial and personal information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities, and we take that responsibility very seriously. To protect our customer’s personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. During our customer identification process, we ask for information that the customer has previously provided. We don’t always ask for the same information. When this customer called in to our Customer Support number, she knew she called Mobiloans and she also knew we already had the information that was asked of her. By not verifying the information requested, we could not validate her identity or acknowledge an account. This is to protect customer accounts from unauthorized access by someone calling in pretending to be the customer.

      This company is very mixed up or a fraud to harm people. They kept mailing me Pre-approval letters in the mail for emergency loan. Month after month. I finally agreed to accept and they declined me. No real reason they said they said they could not verify me. I tried to call and no answering service or call center was available. Did they do this to harm my credit rating by declining after they marketed Pre-approval not Preselected pending approval ? Beware credit harmers. I would not of applied if I was not a pre-approval due to how hard it was to rebuild credit after covid. A mean harmful loan company.

      I did receive the comment from the business and responded to them directly. It was pre approval not prescreening. It was clearly stated in writing or I would not of applied to have my credit report pulled. My credit actually improved from when the letter waa sent and the pre approval included an amount and timeframe to accept the offer. I applied for much less and well in the approved timeframe. I would not have applied if I understood they could deny. Other businesses always honor pre approval as an industry standard for credit. That term means something to the customer. This business forgets I am the customer. They inflicted credit harm and did not honor what they advertised.

      Mobiloans strives to provide excellent customer service. We apologize that our previous response did not provide the clarity needed. A pre-screened offer is a pre-approval. As stated previously, applicants must continue to meet the criteria used when they were selected for the offer of credit. Our marketing material clearly states that the pre-approval offer is not guaranteed if this requirement is not met. Please refer to page 2 of our pre-screened offer letter. To determine if applicants still meet the initial criteria, their current credit report is pulled for evaluation. Applicants provide consent to pull their credit when they submit their application and agree to Mobiloans Terms and Conditions Agreement. This information is available to the applicants prior to submitting their application. We also provide a phone number and email address in our offer letters for any questions an applicant may have prior to applying. We hope this has answered your concerns.

      Useless, I received a letter by mail approving me for a loan, I submitted my information in earnest expecting everything to go off without a hitch.. I waited and waited, Credit Karma messaged me about a change in my FICO yet there was sadly no reply. After an hour and a look at my bank account information they denied the loan. My Credit Score is not the best but in the mid fair category and figured I would take the hit to procure the funds to get the front end of my car fixed. The Declincation stated that there was no evidence of direct deposit ( on page one, under DEPOSIT in the comment ) and an insufficient balance which basically says nothing other than .. the scam is that you need to have the balance of the loan already available in order to receive a loan? I called support for an explanation 3x getting a single ring, dial tone, hang up. SO ... basically my opinion is .. avoid these people, their business practices are suspect. I have already filed a complaint with the proper federal agencies as well as CyberSecurity professionals and added the site as suspect and requires investigation. Hope this helps save you the Credit Score hit. after reading through the comments and complaints it is pretty obvious I should have checked here before bothering to read the letter they OBVIOUSLY mass mail to every household in the hopes of bolstering their company profits while standing on the throats of desperate individuals throughout the population.

All applications undergo verification, including preapproved applications. As indicated on your received correspondence, "these offers are not guaranteed" and are pending final verification. The "Notice of Action Taken and Statement of Reasons" letter you received via email, provided you with the reason you were declined.

      If you received a prescreened off, there may have been a change in your credit file since your prescreened offer was mailed to you. As indicated in your pre-selection letter from Mobiloans, these offers are not guaranteed. Pre-selected applicants also undergo further verification once an application is submitted. Certain events or changes to your information may impact your eligibility. The offer is not guaranteed if you do not continue to meet the criteria used to select you for this offer.       I called Mobiloans on the 25th of February and spoke to 2 customer service representatives. The 1st rep had me on hold over 20 mins then dropped my call when I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I did speak to a supervisor she could not help extend me to the 3rd of March. So now I'm going to let this account go pass due until I get an offer to pay it in full. $161. every 2 weeks is to much for me to keep paying. I opened this account because I had just loss my 2nd daughter and this COVID Pandemic is to much hardship for me. I explained I paid 8 payments in a timely manner. And the last extension I paid on February 11, a day late but before the extension I requested and the customer service representatives and supervisor said no. I've been having health issues as well.

      Mobiloans my loan of $1800. The total payments back equal $6236 The fixed Finance charge is $125. the principal is $36. APR 251.28% My payment of $161. every 2 weeks. I loss my daughter and going through this COVID Pandemic, has been very overwhelming for me I hate I took out this loan. I've made 8 payments total $1288. At this point I need a settlement offer. I cannot afford to continue paying you $161 every 2 weeks. Totaling $6236 for a $1800 loan.

      On the 25th of February I was told Mobiloans couldn't do and extension. So now I'm waiting on them to answer regarding a settlement offer. When I call them I was left on hold for over 25 minutes and I suffered a drop call and no supervisor available. Maybe Mobiloans will take the time and email a response besides give them a call and I did that first. That's why I contacted the BBB. To get a written response from Mobiloans not a response stating to call again. Please write me in a email or thru BBB on what's my settlement offer. Since I didn't qualify for an extension.

      I was the victim of identity theft. The criminal gave all my information EXCEPT that the checking account owner's information (for the deposit) did not match my information. Being in banking for over ten years, ALL lenders must recognize the fraudulent red flag of having matching information--applicant's name must match the checking account owner's name. They were negligent and facilitated the identity theft. Now I'm going through the process of cleaning up the mess because a simple red-flag wasn't addressed during the application process.

      I've forwarded all pertinent information--police report and account number. Your follow-up response claims due diligence BUT it also states that new methods have been put into place to help assist in combatting fraud. Sounds to me that your previous methods were not enough to help victims like me.

      I got a loan with Mobiloans in 2017 and have it directly withdrawn from account. I can honestly say this company is the best loan company I have dealt with. When I request additional funds it is deposited fast and I enjoy the rewards tiers they use. Every payment made and loan taken gives you points which turns into a discount. They report to your credit and having direct payments makes it an easy great credit history. Thank you Mobiloans for being there when I'm short on cash and need some assistance! 💖 I will highly recommend this company!

      They keep sending me letters even know I called them and I told them to stop they won't literally they keep harassing me and I'll definitely press charges against, I never gave them any kind of authorization for they start sending me letters to mail!

      Mobiloans has reviewed the complaint from consumer Jose Reyes, in reference to correspondence the consumer claims he/she is receiving from Mobiloans indicating that he/she has requested several times not to receive the mentioned correspondence. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate the consumer in our data base with just his/her name alone or email address. However, if the individual has received prescreened offer letters or any other correspondence from Mobiloans, he/she can follow the instructions listed on the correspondence, on how to opt out of prescreened offers of credit from Mobiloans and other companies.
