    Very polite and honest repair man. I had an issues with GE washer rusting inside. He immediately put in a request to order a new tub. When the new one came in, he noticed when putting it in it was damaged, so he took it out and put the old one back in because it was worst then the first one. I thank you so much for letting me know what was going on.. He ordered another washer tub for me. When the appliance came in, they called me to let me know. The next morning he called to let me know he would come that afternoon to replace the washer tub, and gave me a timeframe. It took him less than an hour to replace the part. Thank you Mr. Brock for your professionalism and honesty.

    Charged me for a mid diagnosis. Tech also broke a drawer on my refrigerator. Very unsatisfied.

    As explained when you initially turned in the service request to us on your refrigerator, there is a service fee which includes trip and diagnosis which is good for 30 days following the completion of services. When our technician we out to diagnosis the refrigerator, he confirmed there was no air flow through the baffle. You were given and approved the estimate to repair.
    Unfortunately, after spending nearly 2 hours defrosting the freezer (which is why you were charged a partial labor fee), he was then able to identify that there was another issue which would have been resolved with a different part.
    You were not charged for a misdiagnosis; you were charged for the services we completed. Please, rest assured that your comments have been shared to foster improvements.
