      I cannot locate an account for this consumer.  I will need more identifying information in order to respond, such as the *** number on correspondence he may have received from this company.

      There is another company operating under the name of Southern Credit Recovery, LLC.  *********** is Southern Credit Recovery, **** Is consumer sure he has the

      Since we weren't provided with a patient or SCR account number we wish to

      respond as follows:

      We found a recent account bearing patient # *********** for *************************** in the amount of $993.81 for a service date of 08/14/2023.  Within days of

      the account being placed with the agency for handling, it was recalled by the Hospital. It is no longer being handled by SCR, Inc.

      The account has not, and will not, be reported to any of the credit reporting agencies.

      If this is not the proper account, we will need further identifying information in order to answer this complaint.

      ****************** is correct in that she does not have a contract with ********.  We are handling an account on behalf of a medical provider that dates back to 2021.  In our initial contact with ******************, she stated that she was out of work on medical leave and could not pay the bill at that time.  We have not heard from her since that time. We received an ACDV and verified that the account was still open.  It is listed with *********** as "disputed".

      We previously replied to a complaint filed by ************** regarding this matter.  Validation of the account was sent to him at this time.

      The account remains as disputed with the credit bureaus.  ************** is correct in saying he doesn't have a contract with SCR.  We are acting agents on behalf of LSU Healthcare Network who provided the original services to ***************

      I'm depressed and suicidal after dealing with the unauthorized use of my personal information. Which resulted in this unauthorized item on my credit report. I sent letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me with sufficient validation. This account violates the ***** and must be deleted immediately because those are serious violations and I could be compensated for them.

      This account is a duplicate of a complaint previously handled from the credit bureaus.  Due to the nature of the complaint being a identity theft, it has previously been removed from **************** credit disclosure.  Additionally, the account is now time barred due to its age.  

      ************ has been notified as of May 14, 2022 that the account has been deleted from his disclosure.  We consider this matter as closed.

      As a third-party intervener this company has negatively impacted me as a consumer. Pursuant to federal law They have committed fraud and several violations of the ***** and TILA. They are now threatening me for an alleged debt that they claim I owe. I never received a Material Disclosure of any of the information that was supposed to be provided to me. they have taken an unfair advantage of me as a consumer, and they should be held accountable for deceiving me and not validating the debt. They have not validated anything; they have ruined my character and general reputation by reporting erroneous information on my consumer report and included a symbol on the contents of the envelope for the mail courier or any person affiliated with the postal service or comes in contact with the envelope that alleges I owe a debt. Theyve act as if they are unaware of what I am requesting or that the law does not apply to them and I've included evidence and proof.

      I'm not sure that I understand the complaint being made by ****************** other than he thinks he can't receive communication regarding his accounts.  Our business is operated in full awareness of the ***** regulations regarding privacy.  Upon receipt of further information concerning the complaint, I will gladly conduct an investigation.

      Iam a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.1.       I don't understand the response that consumer rejects our offer.  We did not make an offer.  We are acting in compliance by removing any and all information reported to *********** regarding the alleged account of **************.  The proof he has submitted is acknowledged and accepted.

      Again, the documents forwarded with his original complaint from Spectrum has nothing to do with Southern Credit Recovery, Inc.
