    I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by this dealership. Not only have they failed to repair my car in a timely manner, but they have also displayed a level of disregard for my need for a vehicle. Furthermore, the way they dealt with me and my family is racist because we are middle-class family and Muslims.I am requesting that the BBB takes action against this dealership and investigate my complaint. I would like the dealership to repair my car in a timely manner and compensate me for the damages caused to the front glass and the racist way they treated me and my family.

    I worked with a salesman at Paretti Mazda, *** to reserve a car scheduled to be delivered in three to four weeks. He provided paperwork and received my signature on various documents--window sticker (with vin number for specific car), invoice (with pricing breakdown), and a deposit disclosure (along with payment). I provided the requested copies of my personal documents (proof of insurance and license) and paid a deposit for the vehicle. ** made contact with the loan officer at my credit union to confirm the financing. Then, I received a call from a different salesman, ***** that the car I reserved had been sold to another person. I called back to discuss with *** who did not have the courtesy to contact me after working with me for weeks. He gave me a perfunctory apology and offered me a car that had not already been built yet. I informed him that I would not be working with a dealership that treated customers with a lack of ethic of care or one that would dishonor signed paperwork or the reservation process. He quickly added that he would refund my deposit and hung up. The level of disregard and lack of care is astounding. The fact that I had to call ** to inquire about this mix-up is unacceptable. The honorable thing would've been for him to contact me. He also did not respond to my inquiries in writing about the refund. I would not trust this dealership to honor the reservation process, paperwork, deposit, or quite frankly a month of my time. They wasted my valuable time during a car shortage when I could've worked with another honorable dealership and secured a car. Now, I will have to wait, likely another month. I have my funds back, but the level of disregard and poor customer service is unacceptable. It is unfortunate that this review is my only recourse. The officer at my credit union wrote in all caps, "YOU. ARE. KIDDING. ME!!!!! I cannot believe they did that to you!!!" I can't believe it either.
