    This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I'm in the real estate business and I have used several different plumbers over the years. These guys showed up at a new property that I purchased and told me that I was on a septic tank and that I needed to get my septic tank cleaned out and it would resolve my backed up sewer line. After going back and forth with them and the sewer company for several days they came back out to find that I did have a sewer line that was not tied into the septic. So they ran a snake down my sewer line and broke off the main water line that had been bored through my sewer line by another company and charged me for these repairs as well and never could get anyone to take responsibility for this cross contamination issue. Was even advised when asked if they could do anything to help with this that they aren't a financing business.

    Good Afternoon, There is so much more going on with this job and property that the customer is not disclosing. Mr ********** account is incomplete and not forthright of what has transpired at his property before and during the time we were there. We have exhausted our resources with him to help him and we have recordings of phone calls where he was extremely happy with our company for months, until he had to pay his bill. I can share them upon request. The customer was in dispute with 2 utility companies about them paying for the repairs to his rental home. We spoke to both companies several times on his behalf. We aren't associated with either utility company, but the customer is upset with us because of their inaction. He said that they refuse to talk with him anymore and now they don't want to speak with us anymore on it. We speak to him every time that he calls, and now he is choosing to be angry and condemning of our company. This job was performed on 4/15/2022 and the customer paid his bill on 8/10/22. He is saying that we didn't work with him, but we gave him 4 months to pay this bill. He began calling this month and said that he didn't have the money to pay and asked if we could work with him on it. He never ackowledged that we had been working with him for almost 4 months without any payment. We already extended ourselves on this bill for almost 4 months, and we explained that we needed to get payment. He then got upset. He began to text to negotiate for a lower price by text message. Once he called to pay the invoice, they then began to post multiple bad reviews about our company on Google and said that he would slander us to others. I emailed him and attached a call recording where he praised our company for our work a week after we were finished. I asked him to call me because other than 4 months passing, nothing should have changed. I was concerned there was an issue I wasn't aware of. He called, and we discussed what happened but he was agitated and his accusations were very inaccurate and unreasonable. This is really unreasonable and slanderous because he is upset with the utility company about their decision not to reimburse him to his satisfaction. The Google reviews are removed now. We discounted the price of the repair we made due to the call on the septic septic tank, although the customer told us that he was sure there was an old septic tank there and he realized that with an old house there was a process to troubleshooting the problem. We can't take responsibility for a water line being bored through a sewer line by another company and his sewer line being damaged. We were called to snake the sewer line and unstop it. We did this, found the problems and the customer agreed for us to make the repairs to correct the issue. Everything was done and working. I honestly do not see anything we could do differently. Out of the three companies that are involved we are a service company in the public eye. Our company did what we said that we would do and repaired the lines. We are being blamed for the decisions of the other 2 utility companies that he was dealing with. The utility companies aren't affected by slanderous accusations and Mr. ******* is capitalizing on this for some reason and blaming us for their actions.
