    Idigital was assigned through ********** for a fridge door repair. The tech came out today 2/14/25 and was here for maybe 15 minutes max and fixed the issue. In this time he was rude and made comments that my house was too hot and then after he fixed the door he told me not to slam it shut anymore. I said I never slammed it before. He then left with a box of parts he didnt use and a tool bag he came in with. I then left with my fianc to lunch since it was Valentines Day and received several calls and texts from them stated the tech left his tool bag at my house. I told him no he didnt, the guy then proceeded to tell me the tracker said it was there. I said Ill come back and check. So I cut my lunch early and came back home to then check and guess what it wasnt here. Told him my neighbors have cameras. Tech left again. Im speechless on this turning out to be a whole rest of day/night invent. My neighbor then tells me she felt the whole situation was strange and uncomfortable since someone went to her house and asked to see cameras saying he lost a laptop not a tool bag. Not sure what kind of scam or bad employees they have here, but Im absolutely taken aback by the unprofessionalism that has taken place today and the flat out way this person was texting me. DONT USE THIS SERVICE! RUN FAR AWAY

    They were assigned trough the Lowes Protection Plan to service our refrigerator which is still in warranty. They claim that they have ordered parts for our appliance, but before c poo ming on site to see what was wrong with it. I assume they based this on our description of the problem. We supposedly had an appointment for service on a Sunday, but got no call or text as to what was being done.
