            I got a membership to planet fitness in September, I sent in a certified letter to cancel around September 28th as I decided to start a home gym instead. I have been charged for my membership the past 2 months and charged the $52 fee this month even though I cancelled in September. I have tried numerous times to call my home club as I am arable to drive the 30+ minutes to go in person, on all occasions on trying to call no one will answer the phone. I have emailed planet fitness and they were no help and they then ignored my second email I sent. I want to be reimbursed for the membership and the fees and for my membership to be cancelled.

            We received your letter on behalf of the Better Business Bureau. I am sorry to hear that you've been having issues with cancelling your membership. Upon further inspection, we did not receive any certified letter or any emails to the Planet Fitness in New Orleans-Algiers. Nonetheless, we went on ahead and processed your cancellation and issued a refund. The refund should be returned within the next 5-7 business days.
