            This place will scam you and they have terrible customer service. On 02/07/2022, I paid $282.24 for a 48 hour rental of a rug cleaner, deposit, accessories and sales tax were included in this figure. I called the store asking specifically for a steam cleaner to use on upholstery. An employee, ****, at Mary's said that they offered steamer rentals, and I, under the impression I was getting a steamer for upholstery. Instead they rented me a rug cleaner ($40 for 48hrs plus a $200 deposit), sold me a detergent ($29.98--14.99 each-- because they accidentally charged me for two one I only got one. I also realized this after I had a dispute with the manager and have pictures of my receipt to prove it. Video surveillance should prove that only purchased one), and a hand tool that didn't even match the appliance ($4.99). I called them once I realized that they gave me the wrong upholstery tool and the manager (*** I think) was rude to me telling me "google it" in a dismissive tone even though they provided the wrong equipment. I tried to receive a refund, and the manager refused and threatened to call the police on me. They have not tried to remedy this situation.
