I bought Homeowners Insurance from them in March 2023 in the amount of $5749.84. I cancelled the policy (number ********) on May 31, 2023. I have asked and called about my prorated refund 4-5 times now and they either don't respond or say they are looking into it. I want my prorated refund check ASAP.Business response

In response to your inquiry regarding the above Complaint, please be advised that I have personally confirmed the Return Premium payment was mailed directly to the ******* on or about 7/24/2023 to their home address by **** Insurance Servies home office in *************, *****. (check number 716057)
The insurance cancellation was handled in the appropriate manner and in keeping with the State rules and regulations for issuing refunds in a timely manner.
Your letter was dated prior to the date of check issuance, so it is most likely that the check is in the possession of the ******* at this time.
