There was no person in both #1 (I've lived here 10yrs and if the parking is metered like it IS during the day, the attendant is ALways in the booth) - no machine#2. According to our previous trips to Art **** in *************** the parking is all free weeknights and weekends after 5pm, #3. #4 - We had a family friend who was handicapped with us and had his sticker in window...and everywhere one goes in ***************************** co **, in general, the Handicapped always park free, is it not? We REALLLLY resent the fact that there was not even a ticket on my car #5....or #6 a phone number or parking division to call. Please contact me asap. We are so upset and want to resolve this. Thank you SO much.

****************, Sorry you experienced an issue when using the parking facility. Unfortunately our locations are not attended. We have signage posted throughout the location indicating parking is not complimentary and that payment must be made prior to leaving your vehicle. You also mentioned a  handicapped sticker, however these do not apply in private parking lots. We understand your frustration with receiving the violation however as I mentioned the city does not offer free parking here. As a courtesy I would like to offer a solution. I will send the details to your email on file. If you have additional questions please let us know.

I received not one, but 6 copies of a ticket in the mail all at once the same day. I almost had a heart attack! I barely leave my house due to COVID-19. All to find out I owe $68 for parking in a spot at 7:40pm. The sign of the spot read Reserved Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm. It was a weekday and not within that timeframe. There was not one sign in the entire row that stated anyone needed to pay for parking. The entire row read the same as the sign in my spot. Now $68 is a steep price for parking less than two hours and being unaware of paying to park to begin with. Theres normally an attendant at the little shack that charges for parking on weekends and during events but there wasnt anyone there. Nor were there any signs that said I needed to pay or I would have paid. I have parking apps on my phone just so I can go to the beach so its not like I was trying to break the rules. I can not afford $68 for parking and I would have never left my house had I known I would have to pay that much to park. Ticket number:896951

I stayed at a ************ on 12/17/2021 and about a week later I received a parking ticket from this company. I had no idea anyone ever needed to pay a separate company to park in their parking lot. Nor was I told. I called the hotel and they told me there were signs, I saw signs but assumed they were warning those who were not staying at the hotel that they'd be towed. Never would I think I'd need to read a sign at a hotel that I am about to drop $100+ dollars to stay at. On top of that, the person that checked me in did not mention anything about paying for parking.I should not have to pay $65 for something I was not aware of.

******************, Sorry you did not understand that payment was necessary at the parking facility. As you mentioned the signage is posted, but we really value your business so as a courtesy, I will have this violation reduced for you. I will need you to provide your vehicle information and license plate number for me to do this. Please follow up with the necessary information.

I received a "Parking Ticket" from "PremiumParking.com" for parking in a "permitted" parking lot in downtown. This Permitted parking lot has a sign up that says parking is permitted "after hours M-F after 5:30, and weekends". I wish i would have taken a picture of it. Dec 3 - ticket fee was $68 (for 1hr and 30mins) if paid by 1/2/2022 - there is no phone # - return address is out of state, so almost threw away as junk mail - called numerous times with no answer and no "professional VMail" to reassure me this is a legit business. - i left 3 voice mails with no return calls. the Business has made no attempts to reach me. I have been trying to dispute this ticket, but without any resolution. The ticket is now up to $88 dollars and they want payment prior to 2/2/2022. And I do not agree with it to begin with, is there anything you can do to assist me in disputing?

On 11/27/2021, a parking ticket was paid for 24 hours of use for $45.00. A pay machine was used in the parking lot. Owner of lot is now stating that no permit was purchased on this date and has sent a $65.00 citation to pay.

Mr. Berkeley, the receipt you have provided is not related to our parking location. This is for the lot next door. All of our parking receipts will show the parking location number. In this situation the parking location is P406.

I was issued a parking violation on 12/15/21 because they said “the plate was not in system.” However, the license plate IS in the system because I have paid $80 per month for the last 2 months and I paid $10 PER DAY prior to signing up the the monthly subscription! They have the licenses plate as a AL tag & it is a TX tag!! I have uploaded the info on their appeal link, I have left a voicemail at ###-###-####, and someone was supposed to return my call within 2 days (which should have been Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021)! TODAY I even talked to a lady (who said she issued the ticket) and a guy (who stated he was the supervisor from the corp office) in the parking lot on my lunch break…and they would make sure I had a call by the end of the business today! No one has contacted me!

On 11-7-2021, I parked my car at ************************************ for 1.5 hours. After I parked my car, I went to the pay machine and attempted to make a payment. However, the machine did not read my credit card or took the cash after multiple attempts. No other customers who were parking seemed to try to make payments. I honestly just assumed that the pay machine was either broken or it was free parking due to Covid-19.Then, a few days later, I received a **** for $65 for less than 2 hrs of parking. That is so unethical in so many ways. This is such a terrible company.

I will reach out to you via email. This business owns a parking lot in downtown ***** near the convention center. For events at the convention, they post a sign that says, "EVENT PARKING $30.00 flat rate". There are no hourly rates posted or any other signs. You then have to download their app for the lot . There are no hourly rates posted there either. A flat rate means it can be for 1 hour or 12. IT IS A FLAT EVENT RATE so it does not matter what you input into the app as it forces you to choose a time, (still with no rates). I paid $30.35 to the app for the day, which is still a HUGE amount to pay for a couple hours of parking anywhere. Later a ticket was mailed to my elderly mother's home for that day showing a picture of the car with me in it and driving the car, not even parked. She called in with my transaction ID proving my payment, and some person told her she had to pay an additional $65 dollars because the time was over an hour???! When I went back to the app to check it again, it had conveniently erased the history. Adjust your signage to reflect the actual hourly rate or do not offer event rates if you do not honor them. Transaction ID from ****** pay is *****************. The date is November 13, 2021. You should be able to look up the additional payment from that and refund it to my mother.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The citation number is ******, and the plate is DILU10

      Ms. Eva,

Unfortunately this violation has already been paid and requires no further action. As a courtesy I have refunded your parking transaction of $30.35, however in the future please remember to select the correct amount of time prior to parking. If there is a flat rate for parking then you are able to select the larger amount of time, but you won't automatically be given additional time if you don't select correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

GLIDEPARCS enforcement gave me a citation for parking in ************************************************** in Old Town ********. The parking fee was $30.00 but not posted anywhere(the price not posted), nor was there a payment box. There was the sign for a QR code, but Ive not used that for anything like a payment. When I had parked for there for 2hrs while at The Merc performance center on November 20th, 2021, I was given a citation of $30.00 plus $50.00 for not paying at the moment I had parked. I called within 30minutes of receiving the citation and was advised to file an appeal and it would be reviewed within 3 days. It is now day 9 and no has responded or reviewed my appeal. The staff on the phone has told me no one had reviewed the appeal. The citation stated additional fees will be accessed starting on the 10th day. I am getting worried and concerned. I am really concerned as for $30.00 is very high fee amount to pay for parking but they have also added $50.00 totaling $80.00.This is extremely exorbant. I have lived in ******** for nearly 30 years and I never had a parking fee to park in Old Town. If they are now charging to park then it shouldnt be do so high priced and the business should respond within the 3 days stated.

Sorry to hear of your citation. As you mentioned signage was posted with QR code for payment. If you need assistance in the future we do provide a 24 hour customer service team able to assist you with your concerns. Once a citation is issued for failure to pay, we have a formal appeal process. I am sorry we failed to meet the standard of reaching you in 3 days, therefore as a courtesy the violation has been voided in our system.
