I parked in a lot at *********** with no parking attendant, and very little signage that it was a paid lot. There was no gate. I left my vehicle and entered the mall, again, no signage visible between my car and the entrance to the mall. Nothing on the doors exiting the lot. Upon leaving the lot I noticed a sign. I stopped and turned around and tried to download the app. I had no service underground so I had to leave the lot without paying. I then downloaded the app once outside and attempted to pay however I could only pay for future time, not time I was there in the past. I now have bills for $99 which I paid after disputing and appealing with Customer Support. They rejected my appeal. I need a refund for the total amount of ticket *******.

Parked for a concert at 7:22pm and paid for the whole night. Received a ticket at 8:03pm. We left the lot at 11:30pm. Feels like a scam.

On 4/27/204 I parked in a Whole Foods parking lot in ********, *****. The signage for parking is very unclear. It said 2 FREE Hours of parking but did not give any other hourly rate beyond the two hours. I received a ticket in the mail for an amount of $90 (INSANE) $40 for parking (less the 2 hours free would have been a hour and 23 minutes) plus a $50 INVOICE! Are you kidding me?! I have yet to pay this invoice because a quick ****** search came up that MANY people are scammed by this same company and its policies. I understand paying the extra time beyond 2 hours but it is completely unjust to have a $50 invoice and pay $40 for less than 2 hours of parking. I am looking for a billing adjustment before paying this bill.

Received a ticket for parking in the garage located at ************************************************************* This is the second ticket that I have received. I paid the first ticket in which the garage is connected to the hotel where there is a restaurant **************'s and it is advertised as parking fees which was paid to the hotel. The ticket is a $30 fee with a $95 late charge for a total of $105. There is no place to pay a ticket going in or out of the garage. Therefore, we paid the hotel and restaurant when we paid our bill. This is absolutely unacceptable and unfair. This ticket needs to be removed.

On 4/16/24, I was a tourist in ***********, **. At approximately 2:00pm on 4/16/24, I used the Premium Parking valet service located at ********************************************************. I received my valet ticket and gave the Premium Parking employee my car key. Between 2:00pm and 3:30pm, I was at a nearby event. When I returned to collect my vehicle at approximately 3:30pm, I paid the valet fee in full via debit card transaction and received my car back. I recently received a very official-appearing "traffic citation" which had the seal of *********** on it and some very misleading verbiage that made it appear as if it were from the traffic enforcement or law enforcement departments of *********** or *********. Upon opening the "citation", it is a fee cited by Premium Parking and Municipal Parking Services for "non-permited **********************". On the "citation" mailed to me, there are video captures with timestamps of my vehicle entering and exiting the area where Premium Parking valet employees parked my car. You can clearly see it is not me driving, although it is my car. When I checked the Louisiana ****.gov ********************** citation website, this "traffic citation" does NOT exist in their database. The "citation" number is: ******** for reference.Premium Parking is demanding $77.00 before May 16, 2024, or $117.00 before June 15, 2024 and the citation that they mailed to me says that if unpaid it will be sent to collections. This appears to be a scam to scare clients (especially tourists) into paying fines for services that they have already paid for! I submitted a dispute with Premium Parking but I don't know what else to do and I don't want my credit negatively affected.

I stayed at a hotel next to the parking garage for one night and parked there. I saw no payment information and thought the hotel owned the garage. There was no machine to submit the usual paper cards timestamped and place to pay. Then, I received a bill for $95 that threatened to boot/tow my car and go to collections (which can result in a ding on your credit.) The logo looks like a government agency, but it's not. And they get your address from your license plate, which is scary for personal security. The parking garage only costs $30 per night, and I was willing to pay that fee. They sent me another bill for $135 after I tried to dispute the charge.I'm paying for it, but what they are doing seems illegal. They are scamming people and getting triple+ for the original cost of parking.

Last night I parked at a Premium Parking parking lot. I used my phone to text the parking lot code to ****** like I usually do. Throughout the night, I relieved calls from a private number and texts from another number. The texts claimed my car had been booted and I needed to pay immediately. When I answered one of the 11 phone calls I received that night, a man told me a tow truck was on its way and to pay using the link they sent me. I hung up and looked to see that the text they sent me had no link. Later, they sent the second text in the screenshot and called several more times. None of these calls or texts seem to have come from Premium Parking and there was no boot on my car. These scammers had my phone number and knew I was parked for several hours, leading me to believe they have access to Premium Parking's customer information.

Thank you for submitting this.  You are correct as this did not come from Premium Parking.  We take data security very seriously and have had no cases of breach.  We will still investigate.

On 3/19/24 I paid $23.00 for 2 hours worth of parking at the ********************************************* in ******, **. I parked for a total of 1 hour and 55 minutes per the ticket I received in the mail (ticket number #********). I parked for under the 2 hours that were paid for so I am unsure what the ticket is for. On 4/27 I filed a complaint through the website listed on the ticket and was told I would be contacted within 72 hours. I have yet to receive an email or phone call regarding the issue. It is nearing the date stated in the letter that this fee will go to collections so I'm hoping to get this resolved before that happens.

On 03/27/2024, I attended dinner with a colleague and parked at ***********************. I paid for my parking at that time. When my time began to expire I attempted to add additional time but was unable to get the website to work. I tried several more times before determining that either **** was down (has been happening lately) or the website was down. As a result, I cut my dinner short and asked the waitress for my ticket. After paying and getting back to my car, I sat there for maybe 10 minutes replying to messages and warming up prior to leaving. On 04/18/2024, I received an invoice stating that I owed $75 for my expired ticket. The invoice indicates I overstayed by 33 minutes. I sent in a dispute that same day requesting information regarding the validity of the invoice. I frequently utilize private lots and have never not paid so I wasn't sure which occasion this was (or whether or not I was the one driving!). Today, I received a "response" which stated "We recently received your booting review form. When determining a customers request for a review, we fully investigate each customers complaint. In doing so, we must always follow company policy." It did not provide any actual information related to any decision made. I then went on the website and it says my dispute is closed but does not provide any information. I'm incredibly frustrated because I paid for my parking and I attempted to add more time but was unable to do so. This is not a situation in which I parked without paying or kept a paying individual from being able to park (the lot was basically empty), rather this was a situation in which I am being penalized because the website wouldn't work. My invoice number is MPS-********. I would very much appreciate a response.
