    My name is ***** ****** I was charged a different amount for what I was told u was going to be charged the room I was appointed to was worth the price I paid for I suggest anyone don't consider days inn and suites by Wyndham on i-49 in Opelousas because they also charge you even before you get to look at the room what kind of business is that the tub I have has a big yellow ring in it so I didn't worry about taking a shower the toilet is nasty I didn't sit on it they are all glassed up because they know they do wrong and take your money before you have time to look at a room this place needs to be closed down and never reopen who ever did the inspection also needs to be fired my parents are in another room I asked for a first floor they said they would provide we get here like I said before paid they see I room both are on the second floor and my dad is on oxygen soon as he gets upstairs he has to sit down and get on it I ask do you all had an elevator they tells me no I will never in my life come here and support them and the word needs to go out to.

To assist in reaching a resolution, I’ve informed the property’s general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before April 22, 2022.     ***** ****** (Because your staff worker was very rude and unprofessional and I didn't appreciate it she wouldn't let us look at the room before she took our money I asked for a first floor room she didn't respond to the question she waited until she received the money and then we got to see were our room was I will never be going back to that place of business again and I would not recommend anyone else. ) who wants to see all of this mold and get sick and someone with copd
