Transmission fluid line leaking!! Brought my truck in to have it serviced for transmission check and it was brought back leaking fluid. I called them to complain and was told they didn’t check the transmission (duh) and that it was motor oil from when I had it changed and to check with Walmart. I didn’t ask them to check my motor oil and they didn’t make any effort to fix the transmission fluid leak till today. I know the difference between motor oil and transmission fluid, what has been leaking on my garage floor is red!! ???? I’m sick of women being treated like trash because they think we’re not knowledgeable enough to know the difference. Please beware of their ignorance in not wanting to be accountable for their actions!! ******* *****

The same night I buy the carSterling fixed it by “just popping it back in”.I got home it’s already popped out but Sterling was closed. I called my salesman the next day to let them know.I took my car in and ask them to fix the piece, check my tires, see what is going on with my key fob, and detail it.Sterling had my car for over two hours and but nothing was actually fixed. All I get is“we used tape to fix yourBMW”.When I asked about the key fob,I was told it wasn’t even looked at and to buy a battery at Walmart to see if that fixes the problem. That next morning I talked to sales manager.I was told my car would be taken to BMW itself and a part would be ordered and replaced.I texted my salesman making sure everything was seen about on the list and they replied”Hey!Yes maam,I double checked everything myself! The piece on the front was replaced and everything”.I spoke with the General manager of sales and he sounded”so surprised”that part was never replaced.“I placed the order for the part myself.”Then told me they would have to see my car before they can order the part.I questioned him on why because they should already know what part they need since it was already ordered before.I questioned him asking if my car even went to BMW and the best answer I could get was I don’t know.A week later I still haven’t received an update on the part.Apparently the sales manager and general sales are too busy to answer my call so they get my salesman to text after hours of me calling.I even tried to speak with parts department and they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of their day.I decided to go even higher and contact the manager that is over all Sterlings. It took 5days and multiple calls for him to finally get in touch with me.This person also has zero answers for me.The best I could get out of him was we’ll try to fix it at our body shop.I made it very clear the part will be replaced.I brought my car to GMC.The part was replaced and the old piece was shown

I was sold a lemon vehicle, after 2 months they’ve decided to repurchase the van and I informed them of all the issues. Brakes, buttons sticking on dash, back up camera glitching, gurgling coming from ac blower/glove compartment, loud thumping from brakes when stopping, ac blower recall which can cause fire, twice the wheel locked on me and the van kept skidding. When rain falls, the left back side door holds water. The back left window scratches when going up and down. The charging ports went out (fixed). this vehicle is a hazard and they just put it back on the market for resale. This is ridiculous! Y’all need to do something about this. Unprofessional, money grabbing people rather resale and put someone’s life in danger. STOP them. They’re aware of this. I emailed the marketing manager. I told her don’t let them resell. They did put it back for sale. WOW
