This company is HORRIBLE! I tried to work a settlement payment with them on a 4000 dollar loan. I said I could pay 5000k they told me no it’s 11k+. I told them I’m considering bankruptcy because I refuse to pay 11k for a 4000k loan. I figured they would settle for 5000k for their client. I was WRONG. So now the client is getting 2% because they refuse to take any kind of settlement! If I could rate they a ZERO I would.

These people do not take phone calls from clients they or suing, have a judgment against, or trying to garnish wages from. The court papers have one total on it that is owed, then about 4 months later a garnishment comes in all of a sudden you owe a different total than what your court papers have. As you show up in court from the supenoa you are told the case happened already yet, you have seen no one from the company coming forward. The person being sued can not tell their side of the story because, there has to be some kind of deal going on of who is paying who so, that person gets jacked. A struggling person with 1 job, a terrible past decision, who is learning to slowly correct them, is still still not seen as a person who is changing but, just wants to be heard. Anyone going through something with this company be aware they are not as good at having any sympathy, or empathy for the little guy all they know is collecting money off of charged-out loans that have already been paid to the loan companies during tax season. Rate them a Zero all across the Board!!!!

The more you pay the much higher ur balance is. Hard to get balance in full as of today. Balance is much higher from beginning including regularly bi-wkly garnishment(s). It never goes down only Higher. End up paying 10times of wat was owed on original, if u have recollection of prior payments or of a loan 8-10 yrs ago. On a $1000 they have you paying $10,000+. Take documents, all garnishments of paycheck from employer(s), original balance, back to court, Judges Office including garnishment payment submission to Sheriff Office, whichever & whomever it may concern. Unless they'll continue to take $$$ unlawfully, even if it's paid in full as agreed, garnishments continues. Robbing you & putting you in a bind with cost of living & household. They're crooked & will bleed you out of every dollar u make, whether it's lawful or UNLAWFUL. Greedy & Heartless! Go back in front of Judge!!!

Kayla ***** the paralegal with this law firm is very unprofessional and down right rude. There is no empathy whatsoever. I called to get information about my DEAD grandmothers estate and they gave me the run around for every single thing. I provided all req paperwork and still no help. We felt as we were just pushed to the side. When I expressed that I felt I was being rude to she only got worse. She did not care that my elderly parents would be homeless. She also would not allow me to speak to an attorney with the firm. Very unprofessional. I do NOT recommend doing business with this firm and she is ruining its reputation for the partners whom do not know she acts this way. Trying to take care of a debt with her and wanting a settlement when someone has no empathy to give you a break on fees is very sad. Especially when my family was blindsided by the debt of a dead relative.
