    We brought our damaged 2012 ****** Venza to CC's Collision on ********** on Dec 31, 2021. Agreement was made to repair the car and paint it a new color (purple) since most of the body was damaged. CC's received 3 insurance checks for the repairs and an additional check for $1,500 from me for the purple paint. It took 11-1/2 months for us to finally get the car back on Dec 9, 2022 after numerous missed deadlines and broken promises of delivery by CCs and, when we finally got the car back, it was missing 7 pieces which CCs owner acknowledged he had in his possession and actually fired his employee for not installing them on our car. It has been three months since that time and the owner has promised to deliver the missing car parts to our residence three different times and has come up with excuses each time not to deliver. I have offered to pick up the missing pieces from his business but he has now moved for the second time in as many years to a new location and claims not to know where five of the missing pieces are. It has now been 1 year and 3 months since we first dropped off the car and ************* has still not finished the job by delivering the missing car parts. The BBBs assistance is greatly appreciated to help finalize this matter. Thanks......

    We brought our 2020 ****** Sienna Van to be repaired on Jan 15, 2022. Its now going on 13 months and we still do not have our van back with the necessary repairs. The company has been paid by both insurance companies involved with the job. The owner has used many excuses on why it isnt completed. His excuses range from that he couldnt get the parts, lack of staff and that he was overwhelmed with a move of his shop approximately 6 months ago. He told me that all the necessary parts were in as of October 13 but we still do not have the van back. Initially he was communicating with me. I have tired on several attempts lately to contact the owner but he does not answer or return my calls.We have had a rental car for the whole time he has had the van. The rental was initially paid for by the insurance companies but the coverage ran out. I have paid $8800.00 towards the car rental to date. I have contacted both insurance companies and they said there is nothing they can do. I contacted the ********* ************************ and they said there was nothing they could do. I contacted the *************** commissioners office and they said that I can only file a grievance against the insurance companies. I contacted ******* police and they said its a civil matter and they cant do anything about it. I have had an attorney call the business but that didnt help either. Im reaching out to the BBB to see if there is anything that you can do or any advise you can give me. Thanks.

    On November 31,2021 I was involved in a car accident and ************* was the shop that I chose to get repairs done . My insurance paid him to fix my vehicle in December 2021 almost $7000 , I did not get my vehicle back until March 2022 and when I received my vehicle only the outier of the car was fixed. All my lights were on on my dash and my sun visors were not longer in my car . He told me he would could call me when the part was back available for my car . In July , he finally installed the part , and told me to bring my vehicle to ***** to get the codes cleared off of my dash because he didnt have the equipment to do so. After taking it to ***** , they informed me that he ziptied the bottom of my vehicle that disturbed the sensors under my car and informed me that because of the sensors being put in incorrectly, my wheels could lock while i was driving . *** informed him of the situation multiple times and he has yet to fix it . He no longer answers my calls and tells my insurance that he will fix it and call me back but never does. I paid him a deductible as well and my 2021 ***** civic is still not completely fixed . Ive been riding around with no sun visors and an unsafe car since march , and nothing is being done.

    The job took longer the. Except because it's was doing the covid time and all parts was has to get everywhere and they was on back order. When she puck up the car I told here it wasn't  it done all the way because the lights was on the dash because of the seatbelt  ended to be replaced and the seatbelt was on super back order there wasn't any in the U.S. and it's would take a good while to fi d one and get it to the shop and I told her the car is nit safe to drive but the insurance company stop paying for the rental and would not pay anymore. I even paid for the rental out of my pocket for a for 2 weeks cause I felt bad for her so she *** I need to take my car as is until the seat belt came in and when it came in I replaced it and the codes was cleared the 6 months later a new code pops on that is not even from the wreack it was 6 months withh no codes. So I told her to  RI g it to my shop and ill look at it and I did and the code cleared and that code wasn't even on after the wreack it was a. Ew code fro. Wear and tear but I still did it for her
