    I paid $1,950.00 for two Mule palm trees and they were never delivered and planted in my backyard to replace two plalm trees that died and was removed. This happened on two occasions waiting on him to show up. Both times I called a day before to confirm that he was coming, no answer. I got a text the next day saying that he was in the hospital with Covid the day of the first delivery date August 7th and was told that he had me down for the 23rd of August. On the 22nd I called and texted him, no answer. On the 23rd I waiting until noon before driving to his office. Once at his office there was a "open" sign in the window but the door was locked, no one at the office. I went back home and called around for more replacement palm trees from a different source. The first place I called told me that ***** was going to get them to replace the palm trees in my yard but he never got back to them. I found this out after a random conversation with them. If I hadn't called around I wouldn't know this. No one contacted me to let me know this information. I started inquiring what type of palms they had so they said they was going to send me some pictures so I got off the phone with them. All of a sudden I got a text from ***** with a different excuse about one of his machines had broken. This was around 2pm on the 23rd the day he was supposed to deliver the palm trees. There was nothing wrong with his phone. The people obviously called him. At this point I had been up since earlier that morning thinking maybe he would just show up, I had made the long drive to his empty office and was back at square one, shopping for palm trees. So, I asked for my money back and the owner (*****) agreed via text message to do so. It"s been a month now and I have not been refunded. He doesn't answer the phone when I call or respond to my text messages. He has completely ghosted me. This is not normal to ignore a customer after getting their money.
