    On 9/19/2023 I purchased a 2019 ford fusion titanium from this business. Paid 9,000 dollars down payment, financed around 11,000. Included was a 3,000 dollar bumper to bumper warranty. Since purchasing this vehicle it has had multiple problems. Shaking and looseness in the front end, loud humming and vibration, fluid leaking, low fluid levels, etc. This dealership refuses to acknowledge my complaints and fix the issues I presented to them despite the vehicle being under warranty. They have flat out lied to me about checking fluid levels that I know they did not check because when I asked the service tech about it he stated to me that “he didn’t know anything about it and was not told to check said fluids.” I want my money back or my vehicle properly cared for and fixed asap.

    This whole dealership is very shady!!! They need to train their employees! From service to paperwork absolutely disgusting! My whole family has used this dealership to service our vehicle and each time we end up having to take our vehicles somewhere else. You make an appointment to get your car serviced at the end of the day we have to call to verify that our vehicle is ready. Each time they ask to keep it another day. That is poor service. When you schedule an appointment you should make sure you can at least get to the vehicle that day. They always have an excuse. Such as the part didn't come in. Well if that's the case you should have called & rescheduled my appointment or at the least told me when I dropped off my vehicle. I have been putting this review off for months now. But today was the last straw! We bought a vehicle from them in June of 2021. Today my husband went to renew his license and was informed he has had a flag for over a year due to the dealership not turning in his old plates in a timely manner. When he called to let them know they needed to pay to have his flag removed they told him it was not their fault. So your telling me you allowed us to trade in a vehicle & buy a new one from you with a promise of handling the plates & you dropped the ball so now we have to pay the penalty. Simply ridiculous in my opinion & to top it off we know of at least 2 others this has happened to by this same dealership. So obviously someone is not doing their job. Frankly it doesn't seem like anyone at this dealership knows what they are doing. My family will definitely no longer use this dealership.

    While we strive for excellent customer service daily, unfortunately things sometimes happen that are out of our control. We, along with so many others, are having difficulty obtaining parts at times. Transportation of those parts and vehicles are also an issue at this time.
    The plates for his trade were turned in, as we always do at the first of every month. There are two ways your trade is recorded by Office of Motor Vehicles, turning the plate in, and when your new vehicle is registered with a trade in. Motor Vehicle should mark the trade at this point. I can't speak for Motor Vehicle, but we did everything we were supposed to do. There should not be a penalty if your insurance was not cancelled prior to the trade date. You will need to submit a copy of your buyers order to them to clear the flag, showing the date it was traded.
