    This is the first time I have ever used my company's Working Advantage site and it will certainly be the last. They sold and charged me for 8 nights to a Hyatt resort only to be told an hour later that the could not finalize my reservation and that they would refund me in 3-8 business days. As I was trying to determine why my reservation was cancelled, I discovered that I would be able to rebook however at a significantly higher rate. Not only do I find this unethical but borderline illegal as well. They sold and charged me for a service only to then cancel it an hour later and then I find out I can rebook but at a significantly higher rate. This feels like a bait and switch. Also, why did the company charge me for a service without having confirmation that they would actually be able to deliver on what was sold. Why as the consumer am I being penalized by having my thousands of dollars held because they couldn't follow through on what they sold and charged me for. I will never do business with this company again and would highly discourage any company from hiring them to offer "discounts" to their employees as they are doing nothing more than just ripping people off with their fraudulent offers.
