      I purchased a pair of shoes. However, I later realized that I mistakenly ordered a men's size instead of the correct size. I sincerely apologized for this oversight via email. Their website was unclear about the sizing, which contributed to my mistake.I immediately reached out to their customer service team through their website, requesting an exception to cancel the order. I attempted to contact them multiple times via email and phone 617-787-xxxx but unfortunately, I received no response. Instead, on February 27, they simply sent me a **** tracking number. I promptly replied, pleading with them not to ship the package, as I no longer wished to receive the item.Despite my repeated efforts, they have shown no customer service consideration and have yet to process my refund of $120. This lack of communication and integrity is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am now left with no choice but to report them for their dishonest practices. I urge them to take responsibility and issue my refund immediately. The owner's name of this dishonest business is ***** ***. His website should be clear if the shoe is Men or Women.
