            Do not use this company. They damaged our oil tank resulting in a 250 gallon oil spill and have refused to complete the remediation and rebuild of the damaged property. They're insurance company is also refusing to complete the job after carelessly blowing through the policy and we are left with no choice but to pay for the >$200,000 worth of remaining damages out of pocket, as we cannot afford to file a lawsuit. We understand that mistakes happen, but in our experience, McDonald will not take responsibility for their work or hold themselves accountable when things go wrong. Don't take the risk. The work we hired them for was a very small, inexpensive job that resulted in a nightmare that has been going on for almost 2 years. ******** spills are more common than you think, as we learned. Don't take the risk of hiring McDonald. They do not stand by their work and guarantee your satisfaction as they say on their website. This is not meant to hurt the company, just truly warn consumers because a situation like ours will destroy your finances and your house.
