            After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach out to them for an issue with our roof and attic, they are not returning my calls nor texts. It has been going on for a couple of months. we have a contract with them for roof warranty and they know better to deal with us if we have issues/concerns

            I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Our solar *** was the one who recommended them and he was able to get in touch with them. The solar *** said that the business owner just passed the blame to someone else of course and would reach out to me shortly. That was on 10/22 and still not heard back from them. My husband went to their business location and found out it is a residential so he left.
