Storm Works (**** *****) of Belmont installed my porch light incorrectly. I have sent texts since early August of this year with no response. Three phone calls also with one where **** answered said he would have an electrician come out over a month ago. Since that call no further communication. **** does not respond and I am very frustrated at this point. I feel it is a hazard and I am unable to rely on porch lighting going into these winter months.

    To whom it may concern,

Storm Works Roofing & Restoration *** was hired to rebuild ******* Gorskis front porch and re-roof her home as well. Upon completion of rebuilding the front porch I suggested giving at NO cost 2 new lights to update the 2 older lights which were in poor shape which ******* was very appreciative of. Upon the installation of the 2 new lights there was no issues at all and the home owner was very pleased with the new updated lighting.
******* ****** notified Storm Works after some time that the bottom floor light was creating issues when her tenant turned her light switch on which now does not allow ******* to shut off her lights from her apartment switch. I have sent over my project manager to pull down the light and check the wiring which is exactly the same way as when we removed the lighting. We are not electricians and were only trying to be nice and upgrade the customers lighting to enhance the new ceiling.
The potential issue could be because the light was upgraded to an LED lighting system or the neighbors light switch might need to be upgraded.
I would recommend the customer have an electrician access the lighting as this was not part of the contract and we have tried to access the current situation without a resolve

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance

    Thank you,

    **** *****
Storm Works Roofing & Restoration ***
