            My husband scheduled an appointment on 4/26/24 for Clean *** Services to come and look at our dryer which was not venting to the autside properly. After looking at the dryer, the technician went ahead with the cleaning. Once he finished, the dryer still was not venting and he recommended a slew of unnecessary services, clearly trying to ******* me out of more money. He broke our air vent during the cleaning process. Instead of fixing it, they left it in worse condition than before. They only accepted checks, which felt incredibly suspicious. I now realize this was probably a tactic to avoid credit card disputes. After the service, I tried to get in touch with them to address the damage and the unnecessary recommendations. They did not return any of my phone calls or emails. The phone number provided connects to an offshore call center. The representatives are clueless and cannot assist with any issues and had to put me on hold when I asked what company they worked for.

            THIS IS A SCAM, NOT A REAL COMPANY! I cannot believe I fell for the scam scheme with Delta Clean Air. Apparently this is a very common scheme for duct cleaning - they have a call center somewhere overseas (usually ********) and fake website pretending to be a real local duct cleaning business. THEY ARE NOT!!! You can read how the whole thing works - just ****** it. After I made the call for duct cleaning, they sent me a person - NOT A REAL TECH, who was going to pretend to clean my ducts. Thankfully I noticed he looked very poorly dressed and not professional, and did not have the proper equipment for duct cleaning ( I am aware of the process of proper duct cleaning, etc.). After I began asking him how he was he going to clean, the machine he has, etc. he could not answer one straight question. At this point, I asked him to step outside of my home and call his main office. He refused and just walked away as quickly as possible. I have no ideas who I was going go let in my home - but this is all part pf the scheme. The overseas scammers hook up with a random person by offering them to do some cleaning for money, and the rest is sent overseas to the scammers. Again, this is a well established scam and I had it happen to me, except I stopped in time. Delta clean air is NOT A REAL COMPANY. BE AWARE!!!
