    Hi BeFrugal.com is a cash back website and they are refusing to pay me for shopping trips that are registered on their website that all concluded in sales. Per their website I am owed 13% on all the attached orders that were placed with Calendars.com. They never reached out to the Calendars.com for my orders and expect me to sent invoices for all my orders. They have a history of not paying their customers and they need to be held accountable for their immoral business practices.Thanking you in advance for your assistance with this matter.*****

    Enclosed is a file that was done and created from CALENDARS.COM of all my orders containing all the information that Be Frugal has requested. The file has all the information they have requested on all the orders that were placed from their site. As you can see the amount of orders is extensive and as this file was created by Calendars.com, it is valid proof that the orders were placed. I am requesting to be paid for all the orders.

    Attached are excel spreadsheets not order confirmations.  As previously stated a complete copy of an order confirmation sent to the users email from calendars.com must be provided.  The order confirmation would have been sent to the user when the order was placed online.  Excel documents are not an acceptable form to confirm and order place online.

    An order confirmation email should include order date, order ID, items purchased, subtotal, tax and shipping info, discounts applied, and payment method.

    Once we have received the required information, we would able to lodge this inquiry on your behalf to the retailer.

    As per my conversation with ******** from BBB, I am formally letting BBB know that I have complied with BeFrugals.com last request and have filed a missing cash back form for each individual transaction.  There are over 100 individual missing cash back claims that were filed on BeFrugal.com website and I have a confirmation email from BeFrugal.com for each transaction that they have not paid me for.  I appreciate all your efforts to hold Be Frugal accountable for the balance that is due.

    Per review of this users account we can see they completed the missing cash back claim form on Jan 19, 2023 through BeFrugal.  The retailer, calendars.com, approved the claims submitted through the missing cash back claims form to approve the cash back.  Also the user received a cash back payment on 2/2/23 for $165.20 for the calendars.com transactions.

    For any additional missing cash back the user should continue to submit the claims through the BeFrugal missing cash back claims form.

    I ordered a pair of shoes thru BeFrugal's link on November 22, 2022 for a shoe purchase at **** but the cashback of 1.5% of the purchase price has not been added. There was also a $4 bonus cash that was activated prior to purchase for items clicked through BeFrugal's site for purchases of $25 or more between 11/21/2022 and 11/23/2022.

    I am currently owed ****** from Befrugal. I made the purchases that all show verified as of the date of the purchase earlier this year. As of now I still have not gotten my money. The Ticket number I am referencing in Ticket ID UFQY-**** in their support system. I'm starting to get extremely concerned if I'm ever gonna get this money at all. I have reached out many times , getting the same response. The company has not paid them, but yet this company is still listed on their rebates sites.

    Conveniently they paid ****** worth of claims days after I filed this complaint which shows me that they had my money the entire time. Why should I have to prove that I made purchases that have been showing verified in the system since June and August. I would like the balance of $224.19 to be made payable immediately. The I will no longer deal with this company.

    If the user looks a their ********************** account they will see the $484.35 was locked by the retailer on 11/29/22.  That is when we received payment from the retailer and when the cash back becomes payable. 

    From the additional $224.19 listed as Cash Back on the users page there is currently $154.16 that can be requested as payment.  Note this locked 12/29/22 which is the date it became payable.  The user can request payment on this balance.

    I can see the additional $70.03 is earned and verified but not yet payable.  I would anticipate it will lock and become payable within the next month.  Once it is locked the user can request payment.

    The user should review our terms and conditions *********************************************************** and our FAQ ******************************************** when using the BeFrugal site.  

    As noted in our FAQ "Earned Cash Back will remain as verified in your member account for between 30 to 90 days based on the return policy of the retailer as well as the store's payment cycle with BeFrugal. We provide you with an estimated payment date to let you know approximately when most sales will become payable.  BeFrugal doesn't receive payment until this period has passed. Once we get paid, we can pay you!"

    This business provides cashback on transactions that are initiated through their website. There have been multiple occasions where I abide by their requirements, complete the spend with the merchant, the cashback shows pending, and they subsequently never release payment. The most recent example applies to a transaction that was completed on January 1, 2022. This should have been paid out 90 days later. I have put in multiple support tickets only to receive vague answers where they seem to absolve themselves of any responsibility, for what seems a trivial amount ($10 in this case), several hundred dollars in previous cases. I have never had an issue with any of their competitors (*******, Retailmenot, Chase Shopping), which leads me to believe that their business practices are questionable. I expect a timely response from someone who can engage with me rather than **** responses from someone named **** that don't answer anything or provides meaningful information. All of the support tickets can be viewed by the business using my email address.

     I have followed the protocol the business replied with numerous times (6+) over the last 13 months each time I receive a generic response without them trying resolve anything.  They are actively withholding payment due to me.  I was shorted $76 in 2021.  The amount theyve been going back and forth on now is $10.  At my last inquiry on November 15, I asked how to escalate the situation given it had been 11 months.   I was told no escalation is possible, which is why I filed the BBB complaint.  Thanks.

    Just the way they knew my lifetime cashback, the business could have easily looked at the open support tickets on the account.  The ticket id is ********* for transaction id **********.  All of their requested information was provided under that ticket 9 months ago.  Given how much money I spend generally and through their site, as evidenced by the cash back I earned, they are warning plenty on my transactions, which is why the run around and lack of service for the current $10 is surprising.  This and one other transaction from ****************** $70.69 are both tied to transactions through their website to the ************** which has me suspecting that their process isnt working well for that vendor.  If Im affected, I also suspect this is happening to many others who are not paying as much attention as I am.

    I opened an account with befrugal, a site for cash back for purchases made online through their portal. I made a lot of purchases from Hotels.com going through befrugal to track my orders and receive cash back of 2% on each order. All of a sudden after I have a little over $1800 they deactivated my account and wont explain why.

    The sale was not tracked through BeFrugal site thus no cash back was earned.  As you are aware, we submitted an inquiry for you to the retailer regarding this transaction.  The inquiry was denied by the retailer.  Cash Back is based on commissions BeFrugal receives from the store. If BeFrugal does not receive commissions for orders placed directly with the store, we cannot give you cash back. These terms are explained on our FAQ page https://www.befrugal.com/cashbackfaq/#Q2 and in our terms and conditions section https://www.befrugal.com/termsandconditions/.

    To earn all eligible Cash Back, always follow these simple steps:
    1. Ensure cookies are enabled on your computer and any ad blocking software is disabled.
    2. Log in to your BeFrugal account.
    3. Initiate a purchase by clicking on a Cash Back eligible link on BeFrugal.com.
    4. Complete your purchase in your current browser window.
    5. Complete your purchase in a timely manner; do not wait hours (or days!).
    6. Do not click on any links or popups outside your browser window, perform a search on an outside site, click through emails, etc. Doing so could void your Cash Back eligibility.

    I have been using them since December of last year and its been fabulous. The last 2 months I have been experiencing major issues with getting my money. I currently have two open tickets with them and I feel like the customer support has been lacking in every sense of the word. They currently owe me ****** that is over 90 days and by 9/20/2002 that number will jump to over ******. I have big concerns that I wont be receiving this money as all I'm getting from the support ticket is they have reached out to the retailer and they are waiting for a response from them. I have a separate support ticket that's over 30 days old that is still pending.I would like to know the process they are doing to get the money I am owed and to know that the money that is still pending to be paid over the next few months I will get paid for..

    On the attached screen shot the user has noted $2,887.18.  Of that total $2,391.46 is verified, $262.13 is payable today.  The $233.59 that I'm showing as pending on the account is an open inquiry with the retailer that is still under review.

    used the service, placed many online orders via befrugal. the most of the cash back was canceled by befrugal using all kind of reasons. I have strong feeling that befrugal and the merchants work together to cheat customer and never paid cash back.
