On November 16, 2024, I purchased a Sip & Script ticket for an event (see PDF of receipt and emails). On November 21, 2024, I requested a refund or apply my payment to a future event through Sip & Script. I never had a resolution, either a refund or telling me that I could have a credit towards a future class.Business response

Hi ********,
First off my apologies for not responding to your emails. We are baffled over here as to why it did not show up in our inbox. As CEO, I am sent every email that comes in to: ********************************* ********************************** and ********************************* and monitor all activity for customer service along with our team of 3 customer service agents who handled our customer service. When seeing your name yesterday through the BBB complaint, the first thing I did was search your name and email in our system. We cannot find any other email in our system except for the original ticket you purchased in November. We pride ourselves on responding back to customer emails within 2-3 hours and it is apparent your email unfortunately must have gone into spam. We have been in business for almost 10 years and this is the first time we've heard from the BBB. And we know saying "We did not see your email" is absolutely no excuse for why you were not able to move your class to a different one. We need to figure out on our end why we did not receive your emails. You reached out in the appropriate amount of time to get a future transfer or credit - and if we had seen that email we would have gladly helped you out!! We have gone and refunded the ticket back to your CC on file and it will post in 2-3 business days. We are so sorry you were not replied to. We'd love to offer you a future virtual class as our guest if you'd still like to try calligraphy out. Please email me at ******************************** and I will happily add you to an upcoming class.
