      I hired the business to repair my credit. One month after starting I decided I did not want their services anymore. This occurred in March of 2024. They are still taking their monthly fees out to this day which is ******. I have called several times and texted leaving messages to stop withdrawing the money from my account. Plus in the four months my credit has not seen any changes. They never return my calls. Im on a fixed income and can not afford this.

      I hired this company to help with my credit. They charged me $52 a month. They have done nothing at all to help with my credit and the last several months have been double charging me every month. I called and cancelled in January 2024 and they keep double charging me. I reached out to my bank to file claims against them!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! Theyve overdrawn my bank account several times!!! I cannot reach anyone at key credit now!

      June 29, 2023 I signed up with this credit company key credit.I have paid $1509.14 I was promised that they would get ***************** collection off my credit and get lower interest rates on applying for credit cards and any other loans bring my scores up to high 700s to 800s within six months.Key credit said it would be a easy to do because I paid all my bills on time and there was one collect That was wrongfully there and they said that they can get that ***************** collection off and that they would do the work can consecutively with each bureau. They would keep in communication with me to keep me in the loop. I cant get my questions answered. I cant get people on the phone. I dont see any work that has been promised a, I was not aware that I was going to be charged $171.15 x4 I see it went down $117.65 x 7 and 1x 0.99 so altogether $1509.14 has came out my account and I dont see any work of improvement from their part? I dont see any of their work being done . I was already paying my bills and this collection is still on report. in this old collection as well so they didnt do the work as promised. This company over charges and do not deliver what they promise and no communication.

      The company continues to charge for Services yet your disputed marks never change. You have no way to cancel this service and the phone number has been disconnected. The website will not allow an existing user to log in. The site continues to wrap around back to sign in page. I would definitely dem this a scam. Buyer be ware!!!

      I started the program October 2023 and for some reason they charge me twice that month I went on about my business after five months with the program no results was getting done and Ive been with other programs that Ive seen results fast. I didnt cancel my service for months later I get charged again. I have no Why they said I did not cancel, but I did for four months and I know I did but theres No results results getting done with this company. I went with the best service out there which was cheaper than this service. They dont offer veterans discount and that was Lexington for one $179.95 and with veterans discount I paid 129.95$. I thought this company would actually give me some results too, but why am I paying the company is not as good as the top company out there more money and no results. This shouldve been a easy case because I am a victim of fraud so why am I having to pay over $1000 and still got no results I have no idea I believe this company is the type of company that sits back and collect monthly debts until somebody says something.

      I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Key Credit Repair company and to formally request the immediate cancellation of my enrollment in the program, accompanied by a full refund of the payments made, totaling $1374.76.My wife and I enrolled in your program on July 31, 2023, with the anticipation of realizing tangible results within a reasonable timeframe. However, after five months of dedicated participation and timely payments, we find ourselves deeply disappointed due to the ***** contrast between the promised outcomes and the actual results.On November 6, 2023, I persistently attempted to contact your office to address my concerns and finally connected with a representative named ********. Despite her effort to assuage our dissatisfaction with a 50% discount for two months, we have not observed any discernible improvements in our account status or ********************** inquiries since that conversation.Moreover, on November 7, 2023, the program dashboard was updated to reflect actions supposedly taken on our behalf, including letters sent to creditors and a deleted inquiry. Regrettably, these assertions directly conflict with the information provided by our credit monitoring service, which indicates no such changes. This discrepancy raises serious doubts about the transparency and effectiveness of your services.Since December 8, 2023, my attempts to contact your customer service department have been met with silence, despite leaving multiple messages. Today, when I redirected my call to the free consultation department, I was able to reach someone. However, when I requested to speak with someone in the resolutions department, my call went unanswered, compounding our frustration with the level of unresponsiveness and lack of communication.I believe in fair and honest business practices, and it is my sincere hope that we can resolve this matter amicably.

      I hired Key Credit Repair and canceled with them 2-3 months after signing up. We were on a month-to-month basis and could cancel at any time for $159.95 per month. I had to email them requesting a cancellation and respond with Yes, please cancel (attached). They have been charging me $159.95, adding up to $2,250.00, and will not refund me the money they have taken. I called twice and emailed them wince. They are no longer responding to me!

      You were only with us for a month.  Your first payment was on October 6th when you called us to run the payment.

      Then you canceled your account on October 25th.

      There are many times there are no changes with in the first month.

      In April of 2023 I signed up with key credit and was told my score would increase by at least 150 points,well six months later not one has been removed,to make matters worse when I expressed my concerns suddenly the status showed all these deletions and my representative there pulled my credit reports and sent them to me and not one of the items was removed against the report as claimed it is falsified,so for 7 months all I got from the credit bureaus was your recent request for your credit does not appear to be sent by you and we have not taken any action on your request,all I got was thats a tactic by the credit agencies we fixed it a total lie.I have spoken to all three credit bureaus and not one dispute was filed because per letters from bureaus,I was being upsold to pay more for more aggressive service,I have asked for legal contact over 3 times and they refuse to give me name,I have also asked if they would like to conference call the bureaus,Also ran my fico score and nothing is removed I am a paying member for three credit bureaus and they notify me even if there is an increase in a balance on a credit card,they removed nothing,the representative was so incapable and said well removed everything but the late pays when the late pays is what needed to be removed,so in a nutshell they update status with all these deletions and the agent sends me updated credit reports and all that he claims is still on report he sent and is confirmed by all credit agencies that nothing is removed because it was never disputed,also in may 2020 the Attorney General of ************* filed a complaint for deceptive sales practices and abusive sales practices,I intend to contact them and lodge a complaint I was advised to file a police report as advised by my attorney and I advise all who read this to contact the Attorney General of ************* and let your concerns be known,The current law suit is still in litigation,They refuse refunding me,scared to call the bureaus with me
