      In April of 2023 I signed up with key credit and was told my score would increase by at least 150 points,well six months later not one has been removed,to make matters worse when I expressed my concerns suddenly the status showed all these deletions and my representative there pulled my credit reports and sent them to me and not one of the items was removed against the report as claimed it is falsified,so for 7 months all I got from the credit bureaus was your recent request for your credit does not appear to be sent by you and we have not taken any action on your request,all I got was thats a tactic by the credit agencies we fixed it a total lie.I have spoken to all three credit bureaus and not one dispute was filed because per letters from bureaus,I was being upsold to pay more for more aggressive service,I have asked for legal contact over 3 times and they refuse to give me name,I have also asked if they would like to conference call the bureaus,Also ran my fico score and nothing is removed I am a paying member for three credit bureaus and they notify me even if there is an increase in a balance on a credit card,they removed nothing,the representative was so incapable and said well removed everything but the late pays when the late pays is what needed to be removed,so in a nutshell they update status with all these deletions and the agent sends me updated credit reports and all that he claims is still on report he sent and is confirmed by all credit agencies that nothing is removed because it was never disputed,also in may 2020 the Attorney General of ************* filed a complaint for deceptive sales practices and abusive sales practices,I intend to contact them and lodge a complaint I was advised to file a police report as advised by my attorney and I advise all who read this to contact the Attorney General of ************* and let your concerns be known,The current law suit is still in litigation,They refuse refunding me,scared to call the bureaus with me

      We have talked to you multiple times to explain and show you the progess on your credit report.

      You had amazing results.  You had 15 deletions on Equifax, 2 on Experian, and 16 on Transunion.

      Credit repair is a process and takes time.  Every case is different and there is no way to know how long it would take and if we could get all the negative accounts removed.

      In the 6 months you were wtih us your credit report has improved.

      I spoke with someone by the name of ***** on 06/14/23 and was told that if I refer someone, me and that person gets $100 each off of the $200 price. So of course I referred my boyfriend. We spoke with ***** and provided ALL of our personal information in hopes we can get assistance with repairing our credit and disputing some charges. We were told that we would receive and email with our username and PW within a few business days. WE NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I tried calling her back directly and it went straight to voicemail. I was able to ****** their phone number and get a hold of someone by the name of ******. He stated that he will email me the username and PW. I finally received the email with the information and I logged in. I attempted to upload ALL OF MY PERSONAL information and per the app it said it was successful. A few days later I login and everything was gone as if I never uploaded my information. So I uploaded it again; a few days later the same thing happened and all my information was gone. Since then I have been calling *****, ****** and the customer service to get assistance and I never get an answer. No one answers the phone. It just rings and rings; goes to voicemail or busy dial tone. Its been 3 months now and when I login the app there are no updates. I cant get any kind of assistance but they sure did charge my card and take their money. Please shut this place down because they clearly are a scam and cares nothing about the consumer at all!! I want my money back and will be filing a dispute with my bank for my refund and my bf refund! He has yet to receive an email with any kind of login information and its been 3 months! How is this okay!!!

      We never got your uploads onto your ************ not sure why they didn't upload but it is not something we have ever had any type of issue.

      I called Key Credit Repair on February 2023 in the hope to correct my credit scores with Experian, Transunion and Equifax. During the original consultation I was told all my creditors would be contacted. I paid Key Credit Report. After 3 months I started to get suspicious since i wasn't seeing any results. I called them up to question why, and I was told they have issued letters to my creditors every 15 days. Another 3 months go by, so now in my 6th month with Key Credit I started talking with a consultant name ____.., then ____ and finally with a manager named ******, so I explained to manager agent that my credit score was pulled by an independent agency and nothing had changed in 6 months since hiring Key credit. Then I contacted all of my creditors to ask them if Key Credit Repair had contacted them and none of them ever heard of Key Credit Repair. I told ****** since they had not done what I paid them to do, I wanted a refund. My request was denied for the reason that my credit report I obtained with Experian, Equifax and Transunion didn't match the credit report they(Key Credit Report) had, which made no sense. Again Key Credit never worked on fixing my credit, no letters were never sent to my creditors.

      You were with us for 4 1/2 months of payments.  You had 9 deletions on Equifax, 1 deletion on Experian, and 7 on Transunion.

      At any time you can call us or log in to see the updates to your account.  That would show you the progress on your credit report.

      The complaint number is or the I d number is ********I have been notified that key credit repair responded to my complaint. Who you are about how they how they handle all the conductors of the response. The response was from them that they had contacted all That had deleted my my credit, I mean, my past debt, which is totally false, they never contacted any of my creditors, none of them not 1 letter, not phone call anything because I followed up with every 1 of them

      You had a total of 17 deletions between the three credit bureaus.

      Credit repair takes time and there is no way to know how long it will take since every case is different.

      When initially enrolled they failed to properly document my identity for credit bureau identification purposes. I later provided identity documents and they still failed to correctly summit information to credit bureau. In turn credit bureau refuse to address credit issues that I intended them to work on.I also requested an item to pay for delete credit issue that was never summited. I emailed this company numerous times to no avail on responses to my concerns.I called numerous times and was placed on hold or told I would get a returned called to no avail.Finally I gave up on them and called requesting a full refund as nothing was done in regards to the issues I wanted addressed. They told me to provide access to my credit karma account so they could review progress on my account (which I would imagine any good business would have a record of) to which I did,so they could determine if I qualify for refund.Needless to say keep getting run around on this matter as well.Wouln't recommend them to my worst enemy !!!!!

      I contacted Key Credit Repair to help with one particular item on my credit report in May 2023. My student loan servicer is no longer in business and were moved to another provider BUT on my credit report it clearly shows a balance due for both entities. I have tried calling and contacting the old servicer and was told they dont even have a customer service department anymore because of course they are out of business thus wanted to reach out to see if i could get assistance. I was told yes, they will look into. Yes, they can get it updated. Instead i see numerous transactions on the portal that are attempting to be worked EXCEPT what is NEEDED! I dont need anything else even addressed except this. Three months later still nothing. This is not acceptable. If you couldnt do it just tell me you couldnt do it. Dont take my hard earned money. Your dishonesty has caused me to be out hundreds of dollars.

      I called and signed up with key credit repair and then canceled two or three days later because I found a different company that garentee their work or your money back and this was either in April or may and here we are in July and they take two different transactions from my account in the amount of 211 dollars after I canceled with them two monthes ago and I have never received any service from this company for them to be charged for this and the lady that I talked to her name is ****** and I would like my money refunded because I canceled with them and they have no business taking money out of my account so I have to now get a new card so that they can not keep taking money out fraudulently and if I don't get my money back I'm going to file fraud charges

      I hired this company with many false promises. They have done nothing that was promised to me. The person I spoke to named *********************** promising that everything would be fixed by July. She will not even return any of my calls when I leave messages. Then when I spoke to someone else I was told that what she said was all false. They have not done anything for me whatsoever but want payment. I was also told by her her that I would get 50 off each month to find out it was only for the first month. This company needs to be shut down before they scam many more innocent people.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I got charged ****** on April 17th then the following month I got charged ****** and I had no knowledge that they would charge more then ******.       - The account manager is ******, she told me the following and calls have been recorded:1) that as soon as I sign up for their service , it will take 30 days for the first step which was submitting legal documents to contest the collection and if the collection agency don't respond by thirty days, then we can proceed to clear the collections record and improve my score up to 200 points more. That was the hook I fell for.2) she told me that the payments are every *************************************************************** full. I had no problems to pay in full if I was told this was needed to start the process. It was sold this as a benefit to me to be able to put into two Payments if I sign up.3) she never told me that as soon as I paid the full amount , the document for dispute etc will be sent, I was told that as soon as I pay the $98 I should wait from that moment 30 days 4) I paid approx ***************************************************************************************** after thirty days I contacted them, that I should be able to get a response within 15 days, meaning that by end of March I should have gotten the results.5) that means an additional $200 dollars totalling approximately $400 just to know if they responded or not 6) based on the call and the process I followed with Loveth, I should have received a response after thirty days since I made the first payment to them but that never happened 7) i have not received an email, mail, text message anything since I started to work with this company on this I required a cancellation and a refund because I was told different information from what I was provided the day I signed up, it was incorrect and misleading and I no longer wanted to continue paying for no certainty on what is being done.I've tried to call them several times prior to this with absolutely no positive results. I also sent an email requested by their rep ****** but I also never got a response. This is fraud.
