    Flywire has lost a $2,249.00 school payment and is unable to find it after three weeks.I am a recent graduate who attempted to pay my overdue school fees via a bank transfer to the third-party payment vendor, Flywire Corporation. After a week of calling to ask for updates on my payment and having the customer service **** inform me that this was within the normal window of processing time, they informed me that they could not locate the $2,249 CAD that I sent. After an additional week of back-and-forth emails and calls, providing proof of payment and giving them all the additional information my bank could provide, they promised to escalate my case to an investigation. When I called back three days later, the customer service representative informed me that they would escalate my case, meaning that they had not followed through on the previous investigation or, at the very least, not taken it seriously. They won't allow me to speak to a supervisor on the phone and are telling me that by bank's advice to use the Trace ID to locate the payment will overcomplicate things. My bank has told me this is the surest route to locate the payment, so I would like to see Flywire Corp take this route seriously. So far it's been three weeks and the payment is lost. AVOID USING FLYWIRE CORP AT ALL COSTS. At best they are extremely disorganized when it comes to resolving disputes and at worst, they have scammed a new grad out of a significant amount of money.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This issue has been resolved. A Flywire manager has followed up with the payer and the client. We have also provided the payer with a gift card as a gesture of goodwill for their experience. 
     
    As a global payments processor, Flywire receives thousands of payments each day. Most payments are matched without issue. Occasionally, we do run into situations like the one the payer described. When this happens, we have processes in place to resolve them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we came up short with this payer's experience. We will use this as an opportunity to improve our service in the future.
     
    The payment has been successfully delivered. No further action is necessary to address this concern.

    My name is *************************, and I made a payment for tuition on behalf of a relative through flywire. Unfortunately, they university decided to withdraw his acceptance offer and return my tuition payment back through flywire. This unethical and fraud company called, " FLYWIRE," has decided to steal or keep my F****** money!! Now, I was told to hire an attorney or take them to small claims course to *** them for more than what they owe me. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrifying for universities to partner with Flywire without knowing there keeping students' money! I am disgusted, annoyed, frustrated, angry and ****** OFF that over $4000 plus is being held and kept.

    They are mandated by the ** Gov for student loans. There is no automate monthly payments without extreme fees. Recently they got rid of their online banking option and force you to pay either 3% for a credit card or pay your banks wire fee. Disgusting practice and they said there is nothing they can do. A company that will try to make as much money as they can from you without providing any support or help. Avoid at all costs.

    I live in ******* and my daughter goes to college in ******. When I try to pay her room&board and tuition, FlyWire won't let me pay with credit card in pounds with my **-based credit card. This makes no sense because I can buy anything else in ****** (from the **) in pounds anytime I want. My credit card fully supports payment in pounds. So why does FlyWire make me pay in dollars and pay their absurd currency conversion rate?

    Very difficult to contact a person regarding education payments issue. Payment not gone through for seven business working days :( It is not a small amount, and surprised by the response of the sales support.Standard response - only via e-mail. E-mail is human is what the customer service rep ***** said ***************** left two voice messages - no one returns the calls.Disappointed with customer service
