Please do not do business with this company! It is a complete scam! I wish I wouldve followed my gut after they were super aggressive calling me to take a cash advance. I have lost my business within 4 months after building it for 8 years and have an employee payroll check that bounced due to my accounts being over drawn resulting in them pressing charges on me. As of today Forward is now threatening to put a lien on my business in one hour. These companies should be illegal.

They are the most unfair and unaccommodating lender nationwide. We had a small loan with them during the pandemic, and they reported us to Datamerch as a default, despite settling with them just a few months later, still in the middle of the pandemic. Even after the settlement, they refused to remove us from the Datamerch system. We only discovered this damaging report three years later, when new lenders started giving us trouble due to their report. Despite showing these new lenders the settlement letter and proof of *** filing removal, we continue to face challenges. Its shocking how little empathy and understanding this company had during a global crisis. I would never recommend doing business with them.Forward Financing, LLC

This is a nationwide loan scam. I am an e-commerce merchant. I needed money temporarily to cover the cost of a purchase order. This company will get you money. The terms and interest will be astonishing. READ THE FINE PRINT. You will go on and pay the amount every day. It piles up quickly. They will offer you extensions and smaller payment options. (This may have been a COVID-19 rule at the time) You will pay down the loan as agreed, then they might offer you another loan once the first loan is paid around 40%. As you pay the balance down things will start to get interesting. More employees will get involved. You will get phone calls and more e-mails. Right when you think your loan is almost paid off, around $1000. Then, BOOM. They want that money TODAY. RIGHT NOW. (They know you are strapped for money because you paid on this ****** loan and you don't have any money. If you don't pay, here comes the *** Lien on your business. Now you owe them $3500. Why? Because it's a scam. They already made money on your loan. A lot of money! What's Next? They will sell your loan to another financial collections company for MORE money. They will send that company your loan application and the amount of the balance outstanding. Here is the fun part. Not only have you paid all your money to the first company, a second company will take it's turn. The second company will take any revenue from payment processors for collection. The bad part is that nobody will give you a notice or an e-mail explaining what is going on?!?!? These companies will continue to take your revenue without you even knowing!!! Once you put all the pieces together, your heart will start beating faster and you will realize that you just got ******!These companies will take everything behind your back. Your business will slowly crumble as you do not realize what is happening. There is one thing you have that they don't. Recorded Phone calls and every e-mail ever sent and received! We never received a signed contract from you, never took money from you or your company, and never deposited funds to you.
