  I don't understand why planet fitness white young female assume I am stupid and dumb /their policy warns about wearing sandals and such on the machines but they ask even though I just walked in on my sandals!So I feel like this is harassment over policing a no hazard cause I haven't done anything against the policy. Give me a chance to go find myself cause i might be the for other gym amenities offer. Stop harassing create a peaceful environment stop judging people **** adults a chance to be adults why would I sign for something I don't know the rules about I can read and speak understand it 100%Don't ask me cause it's not on your policy but definitely I do something wrong yes punish me!

  The ******************* given) at this location has no clue of what she's doing. If you have a problem, she will send you on a while goose ****** Then you end up back to her. She is not a people person, she should not be in the business where dealing with the is part of the job description. She has an attitude when asked questions she can't answer. Planet Fitness does not provide you with a direct complaint number because they don't want to hear your issue, most of which are caused by planet fitness. I canceled 3 memberships because they couldn't get it right. Since planet fitness feels your membership can be placed easily, let them. I don't recommend them unless you want more than a physical workout.

  Planet Fitness is the worse gym Ive ever been too. The staff is incompetent, especially *******. This staff member was rude, unprofessional & condescending. When I asked for his help to resolve an issue, he didnt want to help me. All he did was argue with me & belittled me. He was talking to me as if I was stupid. I asked to speak with the manager and as always, hes never there. Ive been trying to resolve this issue for over 2 months and each & every time the manager, *******, is **** I wonder if he truly exists. I escalated the issue to corporate to no avail. They lie & tell you one price & then you get billed for a totally different higher amount. Classic bait and switch, which is an illegal tactic. This employee, *******, was nasty towards myself and my daughter. His attitude was unbecoming for an employee and his speech had a discriminatory tone. He made us feel uncomfortable and very disrespected. He was loud and obnoxious and was trying to embarrass us in front of other customers. I tried to immediately cancel my membership due to this interaction with ******* and the lack of support from corporate and management, but of course ******* couldnt help with that either. So basically Im stuck with a membership I no longer want. Buyers remorse is an understatement, smh.

  When they have a manager, it is usually a good place. However, we are back to the place being unclean. What does unclean mean? Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, empty paper towels dispensers, multiple empty spray bottles and sometimes your staff acts like they can't be bothered to be professionally polite.

  Ive used ** from ** to **, and this is the WORST Bottom line up front: Everythings disgusting and stressful here! I took video of insect larvae crawling and hatching in the shower. Homeless people camping out in parking lot and use ** for lounging and showering. These are just tip of the iceberg.Full review: $20 seems like a great deal and it IS if you join ANY OTHER CLUB as your home club. This one is GARBAGE. The staff are poorly trained and have zero customer service skills. They stand around watching tick tok videos, dont greet you, and dont even bother to look up when youre standing at the desk. If you reserve a hydrobed or other equipment for the end of your workout, staff will give it to whoever shows up before you and then tell you to wait. They dont regularly refill paper towels. I took cell video of drain or sewer flies larvae hatching in the shower, and it smells like straight-up dookie in the shower. If I forget my shower shoes, I cant stand it. They dont enforce the circuit area, so you cant even do the 30 minute workout without jumping people sitting on equipment for 10 minutes talking on their cell phones. Homeless folks and panhandlers abound in the parking lot, and you can barely get in ** without smelling pee, parking over garbage bags of god-knows-what, or being asked for money. People live in their vehicles, running generators outside, and then come into the ** to shower or just sit on massage chair or hydrobed and charging phones without even using it. I stood waiting for my hydrobed appointment (which I make cuz I have a bad back and the bed sets me straight) and the guy at the counter didnt even turn to help me. When I asked, Are you gonna look at me or stand there watching f***ing Tik Tok videos? the short guy at the counter with an M necklace kicked me out. Other staff do the same stuff (ignore customers) ALL the time, or they go sit in the back office to avoid helping people altogether.
