    I was a long time buyer of these bars, likely from when they first started selling. Recently, I saw that they were adding random things to my flex order, that I did not approve of. I had the same flex order for YEARS, and now it had tripled in size, including flavors I would never order myself. I contacted support and they said it was my fault and would not take the blame for a system glitch. They were so rude and condescending, so I cancelled my 6 year subscription. If they had taken ownership of their mistake, I'd probably still be a customer. But I have seen a decline in quality over the years, so I'm hoping to find a better alternative.

    We have tried to cancel our subscription multiples and Verb has sent us confirmation emails that our subscription has been canceled, yet we still are charged and continue to receive shipments. This company has gone downhill quite fast in last year. Do not order from them. I will be making a claim to also get refunded.

    I love Verb bars! They taste really good and give me enough energy to get me through my workouts. The subscription is really easy to change or cancel and they have really good sales all the time. I have also started buying them in grocery stores lately if I am traveling or out and about.

    Verb's products and customer service are incredible. Any time there's a mix up with my order, all I have to do is shoot them a text and they resolve it immediately! I've been a big fan of Verb for years and will continue to support them as long as they're in business :)

    Verb makes the best tasting bars out there, and the caffeine boost is incredible. Customer support is outstanding and I love chatting with their team. Have been ordering from them for about 2 years now and so grateful to have found them!

    I ordered the verb energy bars to try them Through a promotion. It took over a month to receive them. We did not really like them. Then to my surprise I was charged $59 for my FLEX order which is apparently a monthly subscription.I never signed up for a flex programIve texted them, sent 3 emailsno response. I dont even have an account with them to sign in and cancel this ????..looking into this further I see its happened to many others. I have since canceled my credit card so they can no longer charge me. Do not trust this company

    I would give zero stars if I could. I contacted them after I was billed for my last cycle to have them cancel my subscription and complete a refund. They completed the refund but apparently never canceled my subscription. It is almost impossible to find the cancellation link. When I contacted them today they said that they sent me a link to cancel and that I received an e-mail that they would be charging. I have not received either e-mail, I have looked through my spam/junk mail, trash, and inbox. I have e-mails from over a year ago that are still in my Trash so it wasn't deleted from there either. When you contact them they are so rude and argumentative they put all the blame on the customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

    Scam! You order a trial to see if you like the product and without knowing it you're signed up for a subscription. Why would they do that when you're not sure you even like the bars, just a convenient way to get a quick $62. ********* and actually speaking with someone is a nightmare. Returns are not allowed because they want to keep your money, which wasn't authorized for them to take. STAY AWAY!

    I ordered a trial box of verb energy bars, after seeing them advertised on Instagram (??. My stupidity) only to discover I had signed up for a monthly subscription. In their website, it says CANCEL ANYTIME. However, you must text, as there is no real human to talk to. Each tine I texted, I was given a link to cancel, but the link only offers to POSTPONE the next shipment by 4-6 weeks not CANCEL. I texted multiple times to cancel. Finally I said I would report them to the BBB and file a fraud claim with my credit card company. I did receive a text back saying my subscription was cancelled.. and I could rejoin anytime. I am afraid to clink on any link to see if this is true.. I don't want to "re-join" I have a feeling I am still in their system.There isn't an actual customer service person to speak to. No way to change your address or billing info... your info is just there with no way to delete it. DO NOT get sucked in. This is a scammy operation. **************** is a complete farce.
