I got a different item than what I ordered, as evidenced by an email from Wayfair informing part of the order will be delivered later. Following is what I informed supervisor of Wayfair I spoke with.1. the cart I purchased had a bag in it and not the one delivered -2. in a morning call on July 8, 2024 your representative found it my in search history -3. my search history changed after my conversation with a supervisor and only shows the cart you dilivered 4. sku mentioned by you was not on the order confirmation but on the invoice after the item was shipped 5. what you shipped is an item from pipishell.net per the assembly instructions included in the delivery and not *****, package (attached pic of item from their website)6. your attempt on the call to have me repeat 'the item I purchased' was not lost on me nor appreciated - you can manipulate phone calls same way you are manipulating the facts 7. I paid $50 to assemble the cart - actually wayfair charges more, the cart is now assembled and can't be unassembled by me.8. the discount you are offering 10% is not acceptable to me In conclusion I was duped by Wayfair, the item delivered is not what I selected, as evidenced by the order confirmation containing no SKU, the instructions included in the package from a different brand, the email I got from Wayfair on July 6, 2024 after the package delivery informing me that the shipment is only part of the order and the rest will follow i.e. the bag these are the options I think would be fair to both of us:1. you can arrange to pick up the assembled cart as is and refund the price, here is it's picture:2. send me a bag that fits in it
