I'm ready to just close my Gas ***** account because of ********************** the Grift. Nift is nothing but a scam, a gift is just that, a gift. I shouldn't have to pay towards getting a gift. A gift also isn't a percentage off a particular subscription or membership - the gift would be one year membership for FREE. The description on the this site reads more like a promotional sampling or affiliate marketing platform disguised as a gifting service, where the "gifts" are often trial offers, subscription deals, or product discounts that usually require the recipient to enter credit card information and pay something (e.g., shipping, sign up for a subscription, or pay after a trial period). The red flags are huge that these aren't "gifts" but a paid partnership with Gas ***** and what this is really is nothing more than market research or lead generation (despite their "privacy is important" claims) rather than pure gifting. The red are:1. "Introduce people to new products and services" This signals a marketing or advertising angle, not a no-strings-attached gift.2. Encourage exploration and trial Language typically used in promotional offers where the recipient is expected to engage further with the brand, often financially or in return for a positive review of their product.3. Wide array of consumer categories (music, wine, etc.) Traditionally, these industries frequently use trial models that require credit card info in order to upsell after the free trial period of the "gift" is over.4. No mention of cost coverage A true gifting service would emphasize that recipients incur no costs or **************** I said, I can't even access the app because the Nift offer keeps popping up each time I try to click on the *** to close the window. Then I try to "claim gift" thinking I could back out of it - but nope.Gas ***** is completely useless to me now. This is so annoying - I can't even get to customer service on the app because of this.

Such a scam. Not a real gift card at all. They limit you to decide between two "gift offers" but neither is a free gift at all. It's a subscription or a fake discount where you still have to pay "shipping" charges for junk. The gift card doesn't pay for the shipping or anything so there is no way to claim a free gift

My NIFT deal for ********* was $30 but in order to do so I had to sign up for the VIP account. Not to mention, even with the provided link I still had to pay $32, when that should've been what I was getting off. Very misleading and it definitely didn't get me that $30 off.

This is not a real $30 gift card. It's just a discount on a specific service or product that costs more than $30. The way this is communicated is deceiving and they should be shut down

would give no stars if I could. don't waste your energy. got all crappy choices, contacted asking to be able to see event choices but after getting new link in reply email, the site is not allowing me to go back to choose events... just giving different crappy options for buying stuff for home that all seem to require you to pay something or start a subscription.

I got an email from Gasbuddy for a $30.00 gift from **************************** I have reached this quite thoroughly and this is an elaborate scam. There is no website that one can go to and collect a gift or look at a selection of products to spend your $30 on. I googled the heck out of this thing without making any progress. It is quite apparently a scam to collect an individual's information and use it against you to collect money from anyone that uses it. I most highly recommend that you take your accredited business recommendation down.*******,**** ******

I would leave a zero star review, but that isn't allowed. This is a scam to get you to pay more money. A "gift" shouldn't cost extra money. It is more like a discount for things that are already overpriced. C*** that most people have no interest in anyway.

??CONSUMERS BEWARE??Options suck! Why not send a gift card for the "thank you" of $30.00. Easier to use where accepted. They should also provide a LIST of vendors that accept the gift card with "no strings attached".
