High profile scam artist. I would not apply for loan in the amount of $1.00 from this place. They loaned my sister a vehicle that doesn't have a title. They knew that her vehicle was not registered or insured since they failed to provide the dealership, she purchased the car from with a title of the car. They still managed to provide her with a scandalous loan. The paperwork provided for the loan does not look legit. Even the loan details doens't make sense. The vehicle was not registered or insured before leaving the lot. They have foreigners answering the phone that has no knowledge of what they are doing. After more than 60 days of possessing an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, after the first attempt to register the vehicle in our state Lendbuzz failed to provide the *** with any information to register the vehicle and failed to return calls regarding the title. They claim it takes ***** days to provide a title for a financed vehicle...... That doesn't even make sense. They claimed they would call the dealership for the title since Lendbuzz claims the dealership has possession of the title. We call the dealership we are directed to a phone that no one picks up. Please save yourself a legal battle, stress, and humiliation do not do business with Lendbuzz, I promise you will regret your decision. Now that more time has passed the vehicle is not functioning properly. Also NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ************** IN THE ******** they are affiliated, and you will not have good results these people are high profile scam artist

The customer service representative on WeChat are extremely unprofessional. I am an auto dealer who tried to apply for a loan for my customer, but the customer service rep never tell us the required documents at once, instead, we had to be manipulated around by her to get documents one after another, which took us weeks to get the required loan documents together. Though they can release funds on time, the process had been extremely inconvenient for us, not sure if other dealers had the same experiences with Lendbuzz, but they either need to fire ******* at once, or provide additional trainings to their customer service representatives.
