      For the last year, this business has apparently been charging me $59.95 every month. For what, I have no idea. A ****** search indicates that others have been billed this amount every month, without their permission, for some kind of subscription. I have never signed up for any subscriptions with this company. The only record I have of ever doing business with them was an order for a single box of ammo back in December 2023. Unfortunately, the credit card they have been billing is one I dont use often, with autopay set, so theyve been able to steal more than $700 from me without me noticing.

      They charged my debit card for services I canceled a long time ago. Then they charged my card again for $49.95 without my authorization. Luckily that one was canceled because it put my card in the negative. I just want my $59.95 back and they are making it extremely difficult to get ahold of them. Email don't work I can't find a phone number to call. Believe me this was a last resort.

      I have tried to cancel my "subscription" with this company over a year ago and thought it was but they can't seem to not take out their subscription fee every month. Sometimes its more than one fee a month and I don't buy anything from them. I have never seen the magazine im supposed to have been receiving and I have told them more than once to cancel my subscription. Im not very happy to have been paying them for a membership that I have been trying to cancel and no one seems to complete the task

      Tactical USA on 02/25/25 alledged free ammo for paying shipping only ($9.96). I got a fraud alert email and cancelled. I read BBB and forums and found they keep charging your card for 'subscriptions'. Sure enough, on 03/10/25 they charged me $59.95. I worked with my bank (****************) who were familiar with this scam and simular ones. They reversed the charge. Unfortunately, since they have my debit card information I had no choice and was forced to cancel that card and request a new one. I now have to wait two weeks for a new one and only have access to my new debit via ***** Pay until my new physical card arrives.

      This company charged my credit card for $59.95 in the middle of the night. I did not authorize any charge, did not make any purchase, and do not have an account with them. I visited their website and verified I do not and have never had an account with them. I reported the transaction for fraud with my credit card provider and cancelled the card. This company is crooked and steals money from people without providing any product and without their consent.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They are just a bunch of charlatans running a scheme in which they hope to steal money from people who never notice the charges. They should all be arrested.

      I received an email from Tactical USA about free ammo, I just pay the shipping. I went to their website and the ammo was $0.01, not free, but I filled out their form, agreeing to pay 9.95 for shipping. They sent me the ammo and I thought all was well until I saw a charge on my credit card for $59.95. I immediately contacted them via email and they responded stating that I signed up for their magazine. I went back to the original email, clicked the link again and went through the form one more time. I found absolutely nothing about a magazine for $59.95. I did find where they had added a magazine field which said it cost $0.00. I found my confirmation email where it also mentioned the magazine, but says it is a 14 day trial for $0 and it also lists the magazine cost as $0.00. You would think if I'm trying their magazine for 14 days, they would send me a magazine, but no, I have not received a magazine. I will attach my confirmation email to this claim. Anyways, I emailed them about it and they responded saying they will cancel the magazine subscription but I did not contact them with 14 days to cancel it, so no refund. I wrote back advising them again that I need a refund along with the cancellation, but got no response. This company are deliberately misleading people to trick them into a "free trial" of a magazine that they never send them, never giving them the chance to try anything, before being blindsided by a $59.95 charge. Their ammo is trash but I can't speak for their magazine since I never got it. Their business practices are extremely shady, thus this claim. I'd like them to change my mind about them with a full refund.

      Ordered a free knife and got a $60 per month subscription. Called, they were supposed to cancel the subscription. They are still charging $60 per month and won't respond to phone calls or answer their phone.

      On January 18. 2025 I went online to ************************** and purchased ammunition in the amount of $9.96. That's is all I purchased. Later when I received my charge card statement there was an additional charge of $59.95 to tactical usa. Apparently they charged me for a subscription that I did NOT sign up for or choose. I promptly disputed the charge with my credit card company and they deactivated that card. Today I received an email from my credit card saying they were denying my claim, stating 'the merchant completed the service requested'. The only thing I authorized to purchase was ammo, not a subscription. Can you help me with this please? It would appear that this is a common complaint against this business.

      I ordered a box of pistol ammunition from this company. Without my consent, they charged me $59.95 for a magazine subscription that I did not authorize. When I called the tried to say I had not cancelled the subscription within the 14 day trial period, however I never agreed to pay for the magazine subscription. They agreed to refund my money within 7 to ********************************************************************************* your records.
