    Pattern of Complaint:
    According to BBB files this business has a pattern of complaints regarding a subscription to Liberty Monthly Magazine. Some customers refer to this as a Membership cost of $59.95 a month. Customers indicated that they did not order or authorize a magazine subscription. The business has responded to (some) customers who filed complaints via the BBB complaint system with "We know that sometimes this trial is overlooked by customers due to the great price on the Tactical items. However as outlined in the checkout page, unless the trial is canceled it will re-bill at full price. As a courtesy we have refunded all charges back to you and subscription has been canceled."

    According to BBB files this business also has a pattern of complaints concerning the delivery of items. Some customers placed an order through the company's website, received an order confirmation, were charged for their items, but the orders were never received. The customers who sought refunds by contacting the business never received one. The business has responded to (some) customers who filed complaints via the BBB complaint system with shipping information and/or a refund.

    On January 30, 2023, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of February 7, 2023, the business has not provided a response to BBB regarding this pattern.

      I'm being charged $59.95 for something I did not request. I've received nothing, but that money comes out of my checking account every month. I will be going to my bank to stop payment and discontinue any further payment going forward.

      Several weeks ago I received an email from Tactical USA offering a free box of 9mm ammo and a pocket knife if I paid shipping. I accepted the offer and entered my details. I did not agree to any other transactions. A few days ago I see a deduction for $59.99 on my debit card for my checking account. I have not received any communication or any product from them. I have tried to contact this company but when you attempt to contact them through email or the "contact us" link on their website, you get a message "invalid destination email" even though it is the email address they provide. I have seen hundreds of complaints of the same nature. The company does not answer the phone and they do not accept any email messages.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have no desire to hear from this company. I am done with this complaint and SDS Imports. Please just close the complaint.

      I have asked to cancel my membership multiple times. I will be sending my credit card company to reverse the charges for June 4, 2024 ($59.95); July 4, 2024 ($59.95); and Aug 3, 2024 ($59.95) charges. They have sent me an email and they are refunding on one of the charges.

      I received an email for 2 free knives if I paid shipping and handling. They were described as a balisong(butterfly knife) and a stiletto. When I received them they were not as described. The balisong was a folding knife with the handle molded to look like a balisong. The stiletto was an assisted open folding knife, not an automatic open as a stiletto should be. The descriptions in the email were grossly misleading and I wouldn't have purchased otherwise as I'm not interested in folding knives. They also attempted to charge my card $59.95, I'm assuming for a subscription renewal that I didn't order. There was no free trial either because I never received any magazine like the one they claim the subscription is for. When I try to get to their website or click on the email link provided for support, I get a 404 error for page not found.

      I made a small purchase from them a very long time ago. I caught this ***** charge monthly quite a while ago as well and thought this was resolved. I hadn't checked my credit card statement in quite a while until I realized that it was getting exponentially higher. Only to find out that this charge has been ongoing still! I want every charge refunded. I understand that it is hidden in the terms and conditions, based on my experience as well as the many other complaints here on this board, that if you buy something, anything from this company they rake you over the coals monthly. I've been unable to locate the original email stating that this was going to be canceled. However I do know that there was a back and forth and I believe a resolution that apparently never happened. I don't want any more charges and I want to be refunded for the months they have been charging me this useless subscription.

      The company has repeatedly deducted money from my card over the last several months of services not rendered and a misrepresentation of an offer for a free product for only shipping. They were contacted at the beginning of this and advised the billing was for a product not offered and requested to return the funds. They were asked to stop the billing which the assured would be done. They did twice refunded this $59.95 for some kind of subscription service not ordered but have continued to bill for that service. I cannot reach them now via telephone and need the billing to stop and all funds to be refunded. I can track it back several months through my card services.

      My husband, *************************** bought a pocket knife from this business and the business added a monthly charge to his card. No further services or products have been rscieved besides the pocket knife which was paid for separately outside these charges. He did not knowingly engage in consent to any additional charges and if he did, it was unknown to him and not plainly stated.

      I placed an order with this company for a box of ammo in which I just have to pay for shipping which was $9.95 plus $.01 for the ammo . I got a tracking number which I cant find anywhere on their website. Then couple of days later I was charged $59.95 for subscription which I didnt see when making the free offer
