      Total lack of regard for their workers and indifferent to needs of both clients and the people who take care of the clients . When CA Mentor had the company we had DSP's {direct support staff for each client}. This gives some relief for the mentors who have clients who live in the mentor's home. Sevita pays DSP's minimum wage and so no one will work for that salary , esp in CA. Sevita has made no effort to remedy this problem. In addition mentors get only one day off per month no matter the tier level of the client . With CA Mentor higher tier levels got two days off a month and could accumulate days for six months and then take a week off. It's extremely important to have time off when doing this important work . Sevita's poor management and lack of regard for the people who do this work puts them in a zero level of quality and professionalism .

      Sevita is a very unprofessional company to work for. This company has with held my paid training for over a month and a half and has no sense of urgency to make it right. Terrible company to work for. I have filed a claim with the *************************** due to said issue. Employ at your own risk!

      STAY. AWAY Sevita, puts new employees in homes without any training or knowledge of clients. They refuse to give benefit information for its employees to discourage them from taking time off. They refuse to give mileage information to certain employees. They did not consistently provide necessary items for their homes, clients or staff.Administrative staff was dishonest, disorganized, poor communication, unavailable for days at a time, played favorites, and caused chaos for both clients and employees.

      Sevita has constantly been sending me text messages about scheduling an interview with them for the past couple weeks. I tried to reach out to ask them to stop but got nowhere. I am in no way associated with them or their business. I have never reached out to them about employment or employment in any related field. I have reported the texted as spam but keep getting them.
