- Refund & Exchange Policy - Temu offers a return and refund policy that allows its users to return any product that they are not satisfied with within 90 days of purchase and get a refund, with only a few exceptions: (i) clothing items that are worn, washed, damaged, with tags, packaging or hygiene sticker removed or in incomplete set; (ii) items that are labelled as non-returnable; and (iii) free gifts.
Return shipping is free on the first return from any order, and $7.99 shipping and handling fee on subsequent returns from the same order.
