            I placed an order on June 27th for sunglasses and two personalized items. On July 10th, the tracking showed that they tried to deliver twice, once at 1 a.m., and another time after 10 p.m. No one called or knocked on the door. Finally, I received a message from Temu, that my package was undeliverable because the address was wrong, and sent it back. I had waited for two weeks for those personalized items, and now I am stuck. Also, I got an "oops" from the company, only a partial refund, and a partial credit. No one addressed them lying about delivering, because many packages have arrived in the past, and no additional compensation.

            Very ridiculous, I ordered 5 planters all in one order got 5 separate deliveries and it took a month to get took money all at once. All 5 planters damaged, contacted wanted a partial refund so I could get repaired, no case closed they want all 5 units packed up and returned all at once, which *** won't take and said needs broke in to smaller packages. And also not like Amazon when you return to Amazon immediately you get refund, not temu 7-14 days after they get so figure 45 days , since it took a month to get. So my opinion is that you own it regardless if you don't have time. My wife wanted to get fall flowers planted so they were ready by fall, temu says " OH WElLL" basically take our junk or suffer.
