I ordered an all-in-one solar ready power system that was listed as 18.4 kWh in storage capacity. The system delivered contained batteries sufficient only for 9.6 kWh in storage capacity. If I was not happy with the item I was told I must return the 750lb shipment at my expense and pay a 15% restocking fee. A roughly 50% reduction in storage capacity was being treated as my error and not the vendors.Review from Jhoana A.

We have had our solar panels installed since July of 2022 and still no service no one answers when we try to contact them no one answers . And we still have nos service and the solar panels installed paying two bills which is the solar and light because it has not been installed . Not to mention it failed three inspections every-time someone would come check they would say it was fine and it actually wasn't. The city would come out and we would fail inspection
