All they care is to get your signature on paper so they can clean their hands and oops is no longer in their hands, now you deal with whatever consequences they screwed up with! I just now recently know about this issue as I received a letter stating I cant renew my registration due to non payment on my excise tax. After multiple phone calls to city hall and the **** come to find out they used my old address on my license but I had moved. I specifically told the sales person this and he proceeded with using my old address. I called the dealership to have me leave a message, a week later nothing. I called again to be told nothing can be done once you sign the sales of purchase! Thanks. Now i have to cough up this ridiculous excise tax that has late fees associated with it. Took $1000 from me for a deposit 1 year ago (March 26, 2022) for a car. For months they kept giving me the run-around. "You should be up soon." "Any day now". "Your configuration should be in the next allocation." Then, at the end of December, stopped answering my messages. Have reached out 6 times since then, to two different people. No response. Asked for a refund of the deposit (I have it in writing that it is a refundable deposit), and they won't even reply to my refund request. Unbelievable customer service. Run away from this place. Save your money.
