Our experience with National Floors Direct was positive. The representative who came to our home took his time to explain the flooring options we were looking to purchase. He discussed the benefits of the flooring we chose, such as being 100% waterproof and scratch-resistant, which were features we wanted with our selection. Additionally, we could stick to our budget with the agreed-upon price. The installation took two days as predicted. The team worked diligently to transform our home with the new flooring. When moving furniture, they were careful and gave great recommendations to protect it from dust. While laying the floor with precision, the heaviest pieces of furniture were minimally moved. The team cleaned up daily and did a walk-through with us before leaving on the last day. All communication was polite and considerate throughout the two-day process. *** did a great job! After talking to 4 compaines, they were the lowest bid and didn't give us a hard time to move our exercise equipment. The workmen arrived on time the day after a snow storm and even shoveled the walk way to get in and get out. The work was great. They took their time and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up after the work. We were very happy with the quality of the job.

Im very unhappy with this company The out the door price of this company is truthfully is not out the door price. expect to pay at least $4000 more for what they give you a price for. The sales person is a yes man he tells you yes on everything but when it comes down to the real, yes its the installation man to tell you the truth not him. Theres no communication between both of them. we were misled by the sales person and very disappointed. On insulation day and had to go back to the bank to cough up more money because we was not told the truth. And the floors are not gonna be completed when they said.

Do NOT do business with this company as they are all business, ***************** policies. They will use that to dispute any issue you may have. November I signed a contract over phone consisting of small print & provided a $2,000 personal check as a retainer & was provide contract via email & a December installation was set with final payment. For some strange reason I did not qualify for their payment plan as their credit company denied me. (I have excellent credit!) After Thanksgiving I began to have expensive medical issues with my pet. Personal note here...my pets are my family. Contacted the company explaining my concerns best offer was to move installation to ******* or forfeit my $2,000. Moving forward its now ******* called to confirm the installation stating I needed to have a Cashiers/Bank Check or Money Order for the remainder to provide installer. When they arrived I was ordered to sign over the check BEFORE they even unloaded or started. My response was "when the job was finished I'd sign & hand it over." Immediately they had the company call ****** was told it is their ********** agreed......What the heck? I've never heard any respectable company asking for payment before completion but I did as per "their Policy" I'd have more repercussions. Restocking fees etc. It gets better NOT! Other issues transpired I'll pass over for now I sit waiting for their return. When the installers left for the day yesterday the entry screen door was left open. As I mentioned, I have dogs & wanted to close door to contain them for the night & discovered the door was pulled from the fra****** was not able to close the door. Contacted the company immediately & said they were closed but made a note. They contacted me today & I sent pictures & waiting again. Another important fact! I had to shut off my water & drain my hot water tank in order for the installers to install under the tank so this is day 2 without water as the job is not complete & I've paid in full!

****** ***** Order#MD13809 National Floors Direct gave me a great deal on my new carpet. My old carpet was 17 years old and had started to look not so good. The installers arrived on the agreed upon date and were very courteous and professional. They did a great job installing my new carpet. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Everything went very well and now I have beautiful brown carpet. My home looks very nice now with my new carpet. Thank you National Floors Direct.
