  National Floors was an exceptional service with great staff and would highly recommend if you want your floors installed correctly and efficiently! The install crew was extremely friendly and left my home clean with no mess. **************** was very kind on the phone and answered any questions that I had. Reminder emails were sent and they were on time. I would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs!

  Salesman ******* ***** was good at selling a product that wasn't delivered. Per the installers, the salespeople do this all the time. The main issue was we had agreed to floor leveling, which we were told *** could do. After the late arrival of our installers, they began removing the old floor. Upon beginning to lay the new floor, I noticed they hadn't leveled the area, I stopped the work, to find out that the crew sent were not equipped to level the floor, and their work order did not mention floor leveling. I had to go to ********** during the install to buy supplies so a small area could be leveled, and the new flooring laid. The entire room needed to be leveled and wasn't, only a small area which had a drop off. Had I not agreed to allow the work to continue, the installers stated I would be charged up to $1800 as a cancellation fee, and I would have been left with no floor. **************** also amended my warranty to exclude the area that was leveled (still waiting on a call back from them). To make up for the lost time the installers (3 of them) all worked from a different room which caused transitions to be placed at 2 bedrooms, instead of a seamless flow throughout the house (it looks pieced together). Upon completion, large areas of gapping in the floor were noted which was filled with silicone by the installers, as well as unfinished trim work. The installers also took the tool we bought from ********** (theft). I have written to and spoken with a customer service manager, who blew plenty of smoke up my buttocks. This was a horrible experience, I hope no one else has to go through this. Please do not use this company.

  I recently had the pleasure of having vinyl floors installed in my home by **National Floors Direct**, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism and care.The process started with a no-pressure, informative consultation. The representative from National Floors Direct was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of my options. They helped me choose the perfect vinyl flooring that not only matched my style but also fit within my budget. I appreciated how they explained the benefits of vinyl flooringespecially its durability and easy maintenanceand offered a variety of samples for me to choose from.The installation team was fantastic! They arrived on time, and you could immediately tell that they were experienced professionals. They were efficient but also took the time to ensure that every detail was perfect. They protected my furniture and any areas that could be impacted, and I was impressed by how clean and organized they kept everything. The installation itself was smooth, and the team was respectful of my space, making sure to answer any questions I had along the way.Once the job was completed, I was blown away by how amazing my new floors looked. The vinyl had a beautiful, realistic wood appearance that completely transformed the room. It was hard to believe how much the right flooring could make a difference in the overall feel of my home!   DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!My father had a new carpet put in his home from National Floors Direct. Within a couple months the carpet started bowing up in multiple places, so there's waves all over the house. They refused to do anything about and wouldn't return phone calls. He had to oay a 3rd party to come steetch ot hack out and shortly after that ot bowed right back up again. And now its come aprt feom the kitchen cabinet base. They also did a small part of laminate floor which was done incorrectly, there were large gaps in between the laminate and the trim. The carpet looks horrible and I **** they're happy with taking advantage of an elderly citizen who worked hard all his life and is on a fixed income.

  Had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I am living in a different state then where I had the flooring installed. The installer kept us updated on the process. The bonus was they installed the baseboard trim, so we did not have to hire another contractor. We are very happy with the results.

  Im very satisfied with my experience with National Floors Direct. Salesman was professional friendly and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. Installation went smoothly in one day. Installers punctual, professional and left the area clean. Everything went without incident. A gift card was offered for taking the time to write this honest review.

  I recently used NFD to have carpet installed in my home, and I am very pleased with their work. The workers were very pleasant. They were professional, they cleaned the area when done. I received a satisfaction phone call from the company the next day to ensure my expectations were met, which they were! Will definitely recommend.- ***** ********

  Order No. FL20843 I have nothing but glowing things to say about this company. From start to finish I never had a single issue! ***, my salesman, was a complete ***** bear who I adored (and so did my mom LOL). They worked with my financial needs, seeing as I was not prepared to put my deposit down that day. I genuinely hadn't expected to sign anything on the spot, but between the price and the floor I couldn't say no!!! The installers were very nice men, and made sure to double check that I was happy every step of the way. Now my floors look beautiful and I honestly am in love with them. Do yourself a favor and give *** a chance! You'll find it's worth it.
