            Bill Major was hired by my 90 year old grandmother to replace pull down stairs to an attic space before the showing of the condo unit that is for sale. When completed, the stairs make contact with the ceiling when pulling down so for someone like her, they are completely inoperable. When you apply a lot of pressure you can get them to fold down, but when you fully extend the stairs they dont touch the ground by 4 inches. Multiple parts are loose and it is clearly a hazard to try and use them IF you can get them to pull down. He charged my grandmother $1,600+ and will not return a phone call to come fix them. My grandmother has called, my mother, and I have called from two different numbers still not able to reach him. Her condo unit is for sale and multiple people have backed away because no one can get into the attic to check out storage space. This is interfering with the sale of the unit.
