**Very bad business** do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible.I work for a University and we were getting quotes and samples from different companies for a promotional item we were purchasing. Brava requested we pay for the sample (we are not allowed to do so, we have to set companies up as a supplier), so I declined, thanked them for their time, and continued requesting samples and quotes from other companies. They sent the sample anyway, free of charge. This was very much appreciated, and their product was exactly what we were looking for. It came in an unmarked packed and having requested multiple quotes/samples, I emailed to confirm it was them and asked how they prefer logos. They then sent three emails asking for logos, which I found odd, and we still hadn't gotten a quote. The red flag was going off since they said they had to charge for the sample then sent it anyway and they said they had sent two? It was very strange. The emails I got back after confirming I was getting quotes from multiple places and asking for the quote (again) was "You wasted our time, you are snarky & enjoy your free lasers Miss *****" and "We have been around for over 20 years. We ARE trusted by many. You should have mentioned these things below at the beginning. No thanks, go elsewhere, bye"Very unprofessional. Feels like we may have avoided a scam. I've called the number listed ************ and can not get through.
