      As a consumer Ive never been so mislead by a company as Drinkworks! I successfully filed my reimbursement claim, got a confirmed claim number on January 17, 2022 but never received my reimbursement! Ive called and emailed as a follow up, and as of June 22nd never received my guaranteed reimbursement for them! Its not our fault they made the decision to close down! Where is the ************************** in all of this? This is not right! I requested my refund about a month prior than a friend who got their refund via PayPal in early March. The only difference is I requested an ACH credit to my bank account and maybe thats why. But why isnt someone doing something more about this. The consumer is out $299.99 and thats just wrong!! Someone needs to step up and fix this for all the consumers with unanswered calls and emails!

      Drinkworks made the difficult decision to close and discontinue the sale and production of its ********** machines and accessories.Drinkworks provided an opportunity for reimbursement of Home Bar purchases that is unfortunately no longer available. Additionally, the Drinkworks business is now closed. Regardless of where you purchased your Drinkworks Home Bar, the refund offer was only available directly through Drinkworks. We apologize that we are unable to assist any further.

      This is a complaint with regard to drinkworks machine. Keurig claimed they hired ***** to sort out rebates for discontinuing pods for machines people were still buying. However, they failed to market the offer of rebates and it was hush hush. After the deadline, mainstream news ran many articles on drinkworks disintegration. Now thousands of people have machines that are rendered useless and Keurig does not respond to concerns or complaints and has washed their hands of a product they backed. I have no issue with a product not doing well and a company choosing a different path. They should have continued making the pods for the drink machines for a few years so customers got their worth. I will personally never use, buy, market any Keurig product ever again. I contacted their customer service and the ***** ****************** site and phone number and never received any help. Upon further research, there are plenty of drinkworks customers who also applied for and never received their rebate with no recourse. Keurig should be ashamed.

      My wife purchased a Keurig K Cafe from Bed Bath and Beyond on 28 June 2021. I called for help today on 10 June 2022. After trying to troubleshoot, I was told they would replace it and send me an email with an SR number to respond to. I took pictures several times and each time they sent me tge same list if 9 to 10 possible errors or problems with my submission. The pictures were very clear and covered every item they required. I called the 866 number and after struggling with the language barrier of their call center member, she told me the serial number picture was blurred. I tool and even closer picture so there is no way you cannot read the serial. I am beginning to think Keurig does not honor their warranties. **********

      My Complaint is in regards to the Drinkworks By Keurig Beverage system. I only had the machine for one year. it was purchased in May of 2021.I had never used it. I finally opened the box and set it up on Thanksgiving 2022. Then they announce that they are discontinuing the whole thing. So I spent $300 on something that I will no longer be able to get serviced or purchase pods for in the future. They did a rebate program however you had to register by 01/28/2022. My first issue with the rebate is that, I was registered with Drinkworks because I had trouble initially setting it up. However when they decided to discontinue it, I didn't receive any type of notice. I found out by accident while on social media. I was able to register for the rebate by the deadline. However I have received no sort of feedback whatsoever. I submitted a query on the website and I have heard from no one. I am a faithful user of the ********************** brand. I am on my third Keurig coffee machine and then I purchased the drinkworks machine. This puts a real bad taste in my mouth as they weren't very vocal about the disconiuation, and then have not reached out. The website that was used to sign up is basically dead at this point and I am stuck with something that I will get no use out of because they stopped selling the pods on 03/21/2022. This is truly not a good look for the Keurig brand. I am definitely an unhappy customer.

      Thank you for contacting Keurig. Drinkworks emailed ******************************* on 12/15 to notify them of the reimbursement period. Drinkworks opened a reimbursement program from December 15th until February 28th that consumers could apply to. The information to guide consumers to the reimbursement program was listed on Drinkworks home page since December 15th. Drinkworks are following their policy and not able to refund the consumer after February 28th.

      My information was submitted on time. I even selected the refund method. I never receifeced anything beyond the original reference email. You should be ashsamed. You didn't follow policy because my submission was completed on time.You failed to respond. That is not following the policy My submission was submitted by 02/25/22. I was within the time frame. Why did I receive no further communication beyond that? You sent a canned responce because had you actually researched my submission, you would see that I did what was required of me to do. KEURIG/DRINKWORKS You Keurig/Drinkworks are an absolute rip-off. Over $300 on an item that I had for at that point less than a year and had never used it until Thanksgiving 2021. So an absolute rip off. You did not follow policy in my situation. AT ALL. I will continue to voice my dissatifactio with the Keurgi/Drinkworks brand because you were dishonest and misleading. I was led to believe that as long as my submission was received by 02/28/2022 I was fine. I did my part in filling out the form AND SUBMITTED IT BY THE **** AND YOU MISLEAD ME. PERIOD

      Coffee maker on/off button stopped working, warranty still in place not a year. They issued a SR#, they keep rejecting photo, not correct information on paper, no receipt. Every time something different. I put everything all on same page and created one pdf and they still won't except.Company needs to train staff better. I love the machine, but the company does not back up it's product as noted.

      Got double charged on an auto delivery, was told the first charge will roll off in 3-7 days as a hold. Who wants to have $160 charged for $80 of product even if the charge does roll off eventually. I called customer service and was told someone will address my concern in 72 hours or so. They are too busy. Not how you treat a repeat customer. The process of using a hold charge and then charge again when item ships is a terrible one. Had they owned it and addressed the concern instead of saying its the process, I could have lived with it. I am no longer a keurig customer, and there will be no more double charges. Terrible customer service as well
