Hello, ***************************** providing you with a update.

The Company TIMEPYMNT I issue the complaint on has not responded by email or mail. Though they deleted the account off my credit report which indicated they knew they violated my rights. However , I am still waiting for a direct reponse.

            Thank you

My current Merchant provider is Merchant Solutions and they said they can provide me with two registers for my store and make monthly payments and I will own them after 48 months. I verbally agreed on the phone and they told me they use a third party to collect monthly payments. After 48 months had past, I was still being billed the monthly fee. I called Merchant Solutions and they told me I have to deal with Timepayment Corp. I then call timepayment and they inform me I'm on a 48 month lease and I have the option to buyout my equipment for $690 or I will continue being billed $177 a month. I then asked to see the contract and they wanted me to verify my address and the one they had was incorrect. They did the same with my email address and it was incorrect. I provided them with the correct information and they forwarded me a copy of the contract on March 3, 2022. I reviewed the contract for the first time and saw that my signature was forged. All my personal information was there but address, email and phone number were incorrect. I then called back and they said the legal department is handling my account and they hang up. After 50 calls I finally was able to get someone to tell me an email address for the legal department. I then emailed on March 14, 2022 and explained the situation to the legal department email. I've been calling every day and no one will talk to me at all. I've attached the fraudulent contract and separate picture of what my signature actually looks like. I would like this lease/contract canceled immediately as it was fraudulently signed.
