Hi, thanks for letting us know. It looks like there's some confusion here. GetHuman is an online database of customer service contact methods and forums where users can post to help each other with their customer service problems. In this case, it looks like a user posted on **********************'s Reddit page, possibly thinking they were sending a message to Reddit. In any event, since this looks like it was posted in error we have removed the page. It may take the proper search engines several weeks to remove the link in search results, but we have sent in the request to ****** to do so and now it's up to them to update their results.Customer Answer

Because Get Human hasn't yet removed the defamatory link, I haven't responded.
I request to keep this complaint open.
A year ago, I emailed GetHuman, and they promptly removed the link and its content in just two days.
However, ten days later, the link and content reappeared.
I'm frustrated has the link remained unremoved for so many days this time?

Hi, I'm not seeing any links or message in the most recent BBB transmission. I tried the links that were attached in the email and all they do is go to the GetHuman homepage when I click on them, confirming that your page has been removed. I also searched our database for any record of an account linked to your email address and have not found anything. Jetblue flights were cancelled from ***. to ***********, and I needed to get a friend home for a funeral. I googled *************************** and found the number on a website. What I didn't know is that to was Tripsomaker posing as Jetblue. They booked a new flight for **, out of ******, but charged ** double the cost of the flights ($397.50 + $397.50) as a "reservation fee." While you're in haste, they sent you and email and rush you to send it back "confirming the itinerary," when what you're actually confiomring is the use of your credit card for this fraudulent charge. GetHuman listed a number on their website that seemed to be ****** Airlines. I called on May 2, 2023 and got disconnected and they immediately called back. I was trying to use a travel credit that had been booked by a travel agent and that the travel agent said could only be booked by ******. The person I called was able to change and book my flight using my credit, but then they said it would be approximately 300 dollars to book the flight and transfer the credit from the travel agent to ******. I said I would think about it. Later the agent (****) called me back and said that he spoke with his manager and they could do it for a reduced fee. He rebooked my flight and I received a confirmation email from ******. I paid the ****** fee on my credit card. Then he said that he would send a separate receipt for the ****** charge but it might go to spam. I found it in spam. He asked me to respond via email that I confirm the charge from tripsomaker and I did which was obviously a bad idea but it seemed legitimate since they were able to access all of my flight credit which I was unable to access and book new flights. I have reached out to ****** but it is unclear whether they took the rest of my credit ~$1100Business Response

We are experimenting with having this partnership with a third party travel provider that works directly for these airlines. Clearly we need to clarify that better on our site and again apologies for that. What would you like ** to do to help? Great, thank you, yes that would be helpful if I could get a refund for the $151.85 - it seemed like a scam that they just said "Reservations" and then made me email to confirm the charges. That's good to know its not a scam so I don't have to cancel my credit card, and it would be good to clarify on your website. I had also called United to ask about it and they couldn't figure out what had happened. If possible for me to get a refund that would be great. I called from *********** on 5/2 at 3:00 pm and then they called me back at 3:25 pm. I am waiting to hear back from United about where the rest of the travel credit is because I did get a refund email from them I just can't yet figure out where the refund went.

Thank you! I did get the refund, but I cannot locate my full flight credit. The credit amount was ~$1549 and I booked flights around ~$330. However, when I search for the credit, it is one worth $331 when it should be ~$1200. Please let me know if they were able to find it under a different reservation code or something. I called united and they told me to file a complaint and I did but they closed the complaint and said I need to call.

BAD PEOPLE. I called get human who claim that they are ********* airlines customer service. I called to check if I can move my return flight however it was too expensive to do that and so I declined. The rep mentioned that my return flight got cancelled and I need to move to another flight which I need to pay a total of $300. I questioned him that why do I need to pay if ********* airlines is the one who cancelled the flight? He said that's how it is , if not I have to stand by at the airport. I told him that I got a confirmation via email from SQ that the flight is confirmed so I told him to just let it be. 2 days after that I found out that my flight got cancelled, I contacted ********* airlines and they said that someone cancel my flight. This business is a SCAM. They told me that my flight got cancelled which turned out it's not. And when I decline the service, they cancel my flight. They should not be in business at all. I think there's some confusion here, GetHuman is an online database of phone numbers and contact methods to get in touch with customer service for all major companies. One of the companies that we have listed is ********* Air. GetHuman has no affiliation to ********* Air, and the only number that is on GetHuman's site is the same as the number on ********* Air's website as well (found here *******************************************). Since GetHuman is strictly an online tool, there's no way to "call GetHuman" and since we have no affiliation with the company it sounds like in fact you spoke to someone at ********* Air and need to continue your issue with them.

When I called ********* airlines , they claimed its not their number.so the information that you posted online is misleading and because of that I got SCAM.

Hi *******, I can totally understand your frustration. The reason we asked for more detail is we are testing a new option when it comes to flights for our users to be able to book at a discount. I believe in this case, that is the number you called, and obviously if the provider isn't offering a discount, and in this case, it sounds like the exact opposite, we want to be able to look into it further. I bought 9 *************************** tickets buy one get the second day free on 11/5/22. 11/25 my family and I went to the park, the tickets were scanned in at the entry gates and automatically marked as used for 11/25. This was supposed to be a customer service email to Spokeo.com to stop placing my personal information on their site. How in the world GetHuman.com got it and posted it is beyond me.
