    They lie and the numbers they post for you to get the real service you are hoping to speak with end up being telemarketer prompts to purchase ********.

    The app is a jumbled mess. You put in a request for whatever company but the user experience is horrific. You cant even check the update once you exit out. Good idea but horrific tech

    I initiated the call to connect with FL Access. It said it was a 21 minutes wait and it auto-refreshes every 20 seconds. All was going well until we got down to 6 minutes until the next rep. **** over 2 hours into this 6 minutes more of waiting, I am STILL waiting and it has never changed from that 6 minute wait, in over 2 hours now.

It sounds like there may be a bug in the robot that was waiting for you since you didnt in fact get through. ************* is looking into this issue and will get it fixed as soon as possible so that this doesn't happen again in the future. Sorry for the frustrating experience.

    I contacted Get Human because I was directed there for a complaint I was trying to make against **** All of my contact information and the fact Im a disabled veteran who receives medication through *** is online now as well as my complaint about *** and there is no way to remove the information.

    They are a joke. They kept saying but you havent yet told us which I had told them each time in gory detail. Wasted so much time with no help from them - just questions!! Its a farce. Thank goodness I didnt pay anything.

    They represented themselves as customer support for ********* Airlines. We were trying to cancel a flight. They had our reservation information, so I thought they were legit. Paid a cancellation fee to get a refund for our flights. Two weeks later we have heard nothing from them. Had to cancel the flight ourself and we are out the cancellation fee and no refund. Total scam.

    The number I got for ********* Airlines Customer Support came your web site.I tried to reply to the link sent by the BBB and it is not working. Have tried to call your (Get Human)Customer Support number and cannot get through. It always comes up as user busy. It looks like you need to review who is using your web site to advertise their services. We were totally scammed.

    I wanted to call this "GetHuman" place in order to tell them that they have the WRONG hours posted for the ******************************* They are NOT open from 7 AM to 7 PM. They do not open until 8 AM. I should NEVER trust ANY company that does not have a phone number on their website. When I attempted to call the number that BBB shows on this page after finally finding it on a totally different site, all you get is some voice-mail that does NOT identify them as "GetHuman" and wants you to leave a message. That's nonsense. If they're legitimate, have someone answer the ***********

    Sounds nice and looks nice but spams you until youre blue in the face to sign up for some stupid help service. I dont need random computer help I need help with a certain site. I came to them for help and you get so spammed you cant even leave their website! 4 or 5 ads at a time it seemed! They take over your page you cant find the ** *********************** ad dollars will mean nothing if no one wants to use your s*** spammy website! Figure it out or sell to a more consumer friendly mother company.
