I'm trying to deactivate my account. I'm concerned that the business is trying to steal my email & sell it.I do not want any further contact from them. What makes it worse are the fake job posts from companies that are not even hiring in these job titles that jobcase is listing. They needed me to "verify" my information, so I put in my email address...again, then radio silence. This company is low, taking advantage of job seekers that want to find meaningful jobs, and are instead being used like this.Business Response

The business will not stop calling and emailing me. I have received dozens of spam calls and emails from various numbers since yesterday when i used their website. I am worried my social security number is in their records and I would like it completely removed from their records if so. I do not consent to Jobcase or anyone affiliated having my social security number, phone number, address, email address, or any other personal information.Business Response

My name is ***** ******, and I am an attorney who represents **************There are several fraudulent job postings on jobcase.com purporting to be from ************** To be clear, my client does not post, and has never posted, on jobcase.com Apparently, whoever is making these fraudulent job posting purporting to be from ************** is following up on applications and obtaining sensitive personal information. We estimate dozens of people have been affected so far.I have made innumerable attempts to notify Jobcase of the fraudulent postings and have them removed, but we have received no responses and no action has been taken so far.Jobcase has structured its website and business so that it is not possible to communicate with a human being regarding fraudulent activity. The "report fraud" button has no effect whatsoever. Accordingly, fraudulent posts that injure consumers and harm businesses are allowed to flourish, and there is no remedy.Customer Answer

I have received daily emails from JobCase over the last 3 months when I started to look for work online. I clicked on one of the employers and it didn't have anything to do with the employer. I hope that this organization would be more transparent as to what they actually do, selling my information.Business Response
